Dirty apartment

The location was good and the view from the balcony on the Eifel tower. As we contacted the property about missing towels someone came to bring some and to clean on the next day

The apartment was very dirty, we even found used underwear in the wardrobe. There weren't enough towels for everyone. There was only 1 key for our group of 5, which was inconvenient. The apartment needs renovation, it is uncomfortable

Location very close to the expo center. Nice, clean and spacious for our party of 3.

The checkin time stated on booking is incorrect. It is 14h. Caused is issues as we arrived at 11 but the place wasn’t ready and communication using booking was not being responded. Sent a WhatsApp message to the phone number listed. Finally able to get in to the apartment after 14h as the previous people didn’t leave till 13h. The cleaners brought in extra people for a quick turnaround. Stocked the fridge with extra water and soda for us.

Best plasce if you are attending the Versailes Port exhbitions

This place is at a very convenient location if you are attending events at the Versailes Port exhbition center. Supermarkets and restaurants are plenty near by and the line 12 of the metro is just a 5min walk. The house is recently renavated and the beds are very comfortable.

It was quite cold during our stay and the only heating was from the AC units, it took many hours for us to be able to heat up the apartment (having hot air near the cealing is not very efficient). But all rooms had AC. Communication with the host was a bit difficult at fisrt.

Good base to explore Paris. Cleaning could have been a bit better.

Location, good connection to public transport to explore Paris.

Apartment could have been a bit cleaner. When we arrived we still found a lot of dust on the floor. Luckily there was a vacuum available. Bathroom door didn’t lock. Some of the kitchen equipments was due for replacement.
