Location location location! This place is a gem. Bus, train, market, restaurants, and the tower were all within walking distance. The unit it self was great also. My family, group of 8, felt comfortable inside. Was able to use the kitchen to cook. A small fridge with a freezer which was completely a game changer since we were there during the extreme heatwave. It was our last stop on a long Europe trip so the washer was good luck to use
The Wi-fi is absolutely rubbish! Difficulty connecting and when you finally did, it was connected but still no internet available. Probably the only negative thought about this unit. TVs aren’t smart TV so couldn’t connect my devices for alternative entertainment

The location is absolutely fantastic and perfect for exploring Paris! For a city like Paris, a 100 sqm apartment is an absolute rarity—it was amazing. The check-in instructions were very clear, detailed, and getting into the apartment was super easy. The layout is perfect: three large independent bedrooms (which is ideal), two bathrooms with toilets, and a huge living room fully equipped with everything you need. The €500 security deposit was refunded quickly and without any issues.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was not working at all during our stay. Also, there is no view from the windows whatsoever, but this didn't ruin our stay. A quick note for future guests: make sure to budget for the €500 security deposit in advance, as it is mandatory (even though it is returned properly and promptly).

The property was spacious and clean and we couldn’t have asked for a better location
There were one or two little faults in the apartments, but apart from that no complaints
