In the middle of a heat wave, we didn't have any wifi, It took 2 hours to find a place to get this and we had to split up due to so many big suitcases. Then the instructions said to press abutton with a name on it which was no where to be seen. Eventually a tradesperson came outside the door and let us into the security door.
Once in we could follow the key code and it was fine. It was very frustrating to stand outside for 2 hours.
Fans! As mentioned it was a heat wave in Paris. We had two fans, one didn't work at all and one barely worked. We spent the night 3 cold showers and had to lay cold wet towels on us due to the heat and no fans or air conditining.
It was such a shame as it was a good sized apartment in a good location, however we ended up having to leave the accommodatioin after one night due to the heat. So we forfetted one whole nights payment.
Also can you pelase meke sure the deposit has not fully been returned.
