About this apartment rental
Hello,
. We are delighted to welcome you to our apartment in Paris’s 15th arrondissement; I’m sure you’ll have a wonderful time.
The apartment has been completely renovated. It is located on the 4th floor without an elevator
and consists of an entryway, a living room with a sofa, two bedrooms each with a 160-cm double bed, one small bedroom with two bunk beds, a walk-in closet in one of the bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment does not have air conditioning
We have provided a fan
We also provide towels, sheets, and shower gel. You
will find coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, and sugar in the kitchen cabinets for breakfast in case of a late arrival.... Keys will be accessible at any time via a secure box with a digital lock.
The apartment is located across from the metro station (La Motte Piquet Grenelle) with connections to 6 different directions.
You can reach Disneyland by metro and train (easy and direct). There’s also a bus stop. The neighborhood is full of shops, a pharmacy, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket (Monoprix) open daily from 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM.
You can also take a stroll through the Eiffel Tower gardens (a 5-minute walk) as well as along the quays of Seine.Si. If you have a car, there’s a parking garage under the metro station across from the apartment.
You can also take a walk in the Eiffel Tower gardens (a 5-minute walk) as well as along the quays at Seine.Si. If you have a car, there’s a parking garage under the metro station across from the apartment.
There is also an underground parking garage beneath the Citadines residences, 200 meters from the apartment on the same side (near McDonald’s).
You can easily reserve a spot using the Zenpark website (app available for download)
IMPORTANT: Regarding luggage, you may not leave it in the apartment until 4:00 PM
The housekeeper arrives before then
If you arrive in Paris in the morning, there are paid luggage storage facilities near the apartment (EELWAY website)

Great apartment in a convenient location near the Eiffel Tower. Lots of restaurants and close to transportation. Perfect place to stay, lots of space and well kept.

Clean rooms. Host was very responsive. Kitchen was small but very functional. There were a few little issues like a broken toilet seat and a kitchen faucet that was not well secured to the kitchen counter, but overall the flat was very comfortable. Excellent location directly across from the Metro and a very short walk to grocery shopping, restaurants, and a great boulangerie.

Good location near the Metro Station. Easy access to transportation. Lots of restaurants and amenities in the area and a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Communication with host and access to the apartment was easy.Apartment is in an old building without an elevator and it’s on the 4th floor - not really suitable for anyone with mobility issues who has difficulty with winding stairs. Description did not mention this!Bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms both of which are very small - again not suitable for those with mobility issues or larger people. Floors are wooden and creak loudly when walking on them so it is not quiet moving about, especially at night. Towel dryer in bathroom did not work. Room doors are hard to close and therefore noisy.Kitchen is very small but well equipped. Beds and linens were fine but nothing special. Furniture appears to be primarily Ikea type. TV is small but did not use it. Wifi works well.Would not stay here again when coming back to Paris.
