- The apartment is in an excellent location, close to the metro and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. - The neighborhood itself is quite nice, although it is somewhat dirty. The sidewalks are often covered in dog urine, and some restaurants leave food waste under the trees. - The apartment was clean, and we appreciated having air conditioning in every room. Having two bathrooms was also a definite plus.

- Please be aware that the outdoor seating area with an umbrella and table is located in the building's inner courtyard. Just behind a two-meter-high wall is a garbage collection area. Unfortunately, we saw a mouse in the courtyard and a cockroach inside the apartment. Even worse, another cockroach apparently came home with us from Paris in our suitcase. - The windows are covered with frosted film (because the apartment is on the ground floor), so you cannot really see outside. - The kitchen is missing some basic items, such as a cutting board. - The doors squeak. - The Wi-Fi is very slow. During the first two days, it was practically unusable. There is a pizzeria back door directly opposite the apartment entrance, and that back door often left open and propped up by a garbage bin. This is not the most pleasant view or setting, although fortunately the noise from the kitchen did not bother us. I’m not sure what the standard of service is in Paris, but given the price, we expected more. Next time, we will probably choose a different option.

this property was phenomenal!! The photos provided don’t actually do it justice - it was very roomy, was exceptionally clean and the in house facilities provided were very generous. Location is ideal and is central to a couple of stations. I will most definitely stay here again.
