Nice b&b style.. has all the amenities you need.. markwts are nearby so you can eat at home.. has great coffee machine.. close to eiffel tower..

The place is in a residential building so was hard to find. But we finally saw the building number and found the place.

Fantastic apartment!

Great apartment - with a gorgeous kitchen and a washing machine - and comfy beds and clean. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and Seine River cruises- and quite close to a metro stop (subway) for getting to other Parisian attractions. Plus, several delicious restaurants and bakeries very near by (and a small grocery store). Also - any questions I messaged over were answered promptly. We loved it!

Its a First floor apartment- but then there are stairs inside the apartment to get down to the second bedroom/larger bathroom - so maybe not for someone with knee/hip issues or similar. The main/upstairs bathroom is insanely small, but that's Europe :) - still a great apartment.

Stunning! Highly recommend!!!

This place was absolutely stunning! It was a perfect place traveling with my husband and mom. Super clean with everything you needed. The apartment is in a great area with cafes, restaurants, and grocery markets. Walking distance to the Colleseum. The owners were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!!

Well located beautiful apartment in a quiet neighborhood

The apartment is beautiful and well appointed for a nice stay in Paris. We loved the decor, the furnishings, and the location. There is a lovely bakery across the street to satisfy your chocolate croissant and fresh bread cravings. Public transit is conveniently nearby as well as a grocery store. One bedroom and bathroom are downstairs which makes it feel like you have even more space and privacy.

Ideal location for a city break.

The apartment is SO close to EVERYTHING, yet quiet for a city. The decor was gorgeous and appreciated.Beds were very comfortable.

The name on the door was not in English/did not match description. Confusing. The apartment had not been cleaned after the previous guests. Quite upsetting. The basement smelt damp. The upstairs bathroom toilet was ridiculously small. Using the toilet was near impossible Bathrooms needed shelving for toiletry storage.

Again the apartment is fantastic, cozy and very well decorated with everything you need - just come and enjoy living!

The apartment is absolutely perfect! Clean, recently refurbished, decorated with very delicate taste and attention to tenants everyday needs. I enjoyed the color palette of the apartment with the gratitude to the hosts. We found everything we need for life - even the washing machine came with a dryer, so I didn’t have to hang wet things around)) The dining area has a fantastic large rustic wooden table - for dining and working. The location is convenient - there are 2 metro stations of different lines - 3 and 5 min on foot. The Eiffel Tower is 15 min walk away. There is a choice of restaurants/cafes and grocery stores nearby - marvellous bakeries!, essentials, fruits and vegetables. WiFi is fast and stable.

One point that could be noted as a slightly negative - the apartment is on the ground floor, so the full wall window in the dining room faces directly the street - this creates some noise and you can see blurry pedestrian figures right outside the large frosted window.

trendy place to stay for a family city break

The property was nicely decorated, clean and in a good location. Shops and restaurants close by. Lots of space for a family of four.

The toilet in the main accommodation is very tight. Would be better to swap the way the door opens so the handle wasn’t at/on the sink.

Great place for group travellers

The location is great. Very close to Eiffel Tower. The host is very helpful. Checkin and out are very smooth.

The bathroom is located in one of the bedroom. A bit disturbing for people sleep in the basement.

Amazing location, the host was really helpful and gave me a clear instruction on how to collect the key/access code. The bed was also comfy and very clean, and it has all the facilities available.

Everything was perfect, apart from the bathroom being located inside one of the bedroom. Therefore other guests would have to walk into your bathroom to use the bathroom

Paris in Half Term

Location was exactly what we wanted close to the Seine with a good walk into the centre , Musee D'Orsay etc. Good selection of supermarkets and restaurants close by and easy access to the Metro and rail lines. Nice to be able to walk out of the apartment, turn left and there was the Eiffel Tower looming overhead.

Very cool apartment. The upstairs area includes a tiny living room, a small bedroom and a large kitchen. The downstairs has a bedroom and a bathroom. Looks like it was a store that was renovated and transformed into the apartment.

be ready that the downstairs area is very small just enough for the bed and the only bathroom is located next to the bed. Upstairs area doesn’t have a bathroom. Inconvenient a bit when you have somebody else traveling with you. Other than that it was great :)

Uno de los baños es demasiado chico y la cama de una habitación mal distribuida , ya que no se podía pasar bien hacia el otro lado de la cama. Todo limpio excepto los insectos que habían.

Oberes Bad extrem eng, Schlafzimmer und Bad im Keller sind feucht (kein Fenster, Lüftung im Bad reicht nicht aus)

Sehr schön, mit kleinen Abstrichen

Das Appartment ist eingerichtet wie auf den Fotos, es sieht alles super aus. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen dort. Das Bad im Obergeschoss ist wirklich extremst klein und schmal. Aber der Vorteil von 2 Toiletten ist dennoch super. Die Lage ist auch perfekt und beide Betten sind super bequem. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, und der Bäcker gegenüber ist absolut fantastisch!

Das untere Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer liegen im Keller. In einer Großstadt wie Paris, gibt es leider auch Kakerlaken. Wir hatten an 2 Tagen jeweils eine Kakerlake im Schlafzimmer sowie im Badezimmer. Die Tierchen kommen leider immer irgendwo rein. Das lässt sich vermutlich kaum verhindern, hat aber unseren Aufenthalt dennoch etwas geschmälert. Dennoch ist das Appartment sehr schön, man sollte aber mit der ein oder anderen Kakerlake im Untergeschoss rechnen. Sonst gab es nichts zu bemängeln.
