A localização e muito boa tendo estação do metrô muito perto, perto também da Torre Ellfel, sem precisar de transporte. Fácil deslocamento para outros pontos turísticos.

O Banheiro do piso térreo extremamente apertado. Percebe-se que foi construído no improviso pois fica na cozinha. A suíte fica no subsolo e não tem ventilação. O imóvel comercial adaptado para hospedagem pois existe uma porta envidraçada para para a rua, disfarçada com uma cortina. Quanto aos utensílios, não conseguimos usar a cafeteira expressa pois não encontramos no comercio as cápsulas para aquela máquina. Atendeu com muitas resalvas as nossas necessidades.
