All round it was an enjoyable stay, however see comment below.
Being charged for electricity used. Very overpriced!
£24 for 2 day stay. I heat and power my home for £24 per MONTH!
Electricity should be built into the cost of the stay, not as an add on. Spoilt the excellent experience

I loved the location and the accommodation was excellent. Comfortable, well equipped with excellent facilities (swimming pool, sauna etc).
The food was excellent if you had no special dietary requirements but there was very little provision for vegan eaters. The one vegan meal available was very tasty but had no protein in it at all. The staff seemed to know very little about any vegan options.

Peaceful location. The lodge has everything you need for a short break! Comfy beds, quite big bathrooms.

Location and leisure facilities were great. Restaurant and bar area had great staff and tasty food.
They charge extra for electricity (it's in the small print). Different to the photo, there was no table which was important to us as we had to work, also nothing to eat on. When asked for a table we were fobbed off. The studio was dated, the fold down bed was extremely uncomfortable (small double). The kitchen was not well kitted out with only 2 bowls, 2 mugs, 2 large plates and so on. They did bring us some extra crockery when asked. Not impressed with the standard for the price you pay.
