La récupération des clés, la luminosité de l'appartement, la petite terrasse utilisable même par temps pluvieux, logement plutôt silencieux, la situation géographique.
Pour une location de 9 nuits, prévoir un peu plus de linge de maison, notamment les torchons.
Suite à un signalement d'un dysfonctionnement électrique, le contact étant par site de conciergerie, c'est un peu froid et pas d'excuses présentées pour le désagrément.

Great location, city centre with lots of walking and cycling routes. All by the river. One of the city's key attractions on the door step. Cafes nearby but as the students were not around many were not open.
The apartment is modern, but not comfortable for sitting. One bed settee and two unccomfortable patio chairs. The apartment can sleep six and IMO there should be on comfortable seat for everyone.

Sfeervol, alles bij de hand, veilig, heel net en goed gelegen appartement om Nantes te ontdekken met de Pass (openbaar vervoer dichtbij). Parkeerplaats onder het gebouw. Gevoel van “thuis komen” na een dag Nantes.
In- en uit-checken (sleuteloverdracht) gebeurt digitaal via gsm. Is even zoeken en wennen maar verliep vlot en prima.

Pb électrique…. Aucune remise en cause du propriétaire sur un problème déjà signalé.
Pas de frigo et de chauffage. Normal aucune proposition de dédommagement.
Le propriétaire et juste là pour encaisser à moindre frais.
Donc très très moyen!!!
