Be careful of renting, the owner is rude and a scammer.
I liked the location in the town, not far from the center, events and facilities.
Be careful of this owner, he scammed me to pay him a deposit of 50 Euros for the key and afterwards refused to pay it back. The apartment is also in unclean condition upon arrival and he will pressure you to clean it for him during your visit. In general the second worst experience I've had on booking.com after now using the platform for almost 6 years.

Very nicely equipped place for this price category!
Vast place, equipped with everything one could imagine. Everything is meticulously cleaned and not old or overused - lot of furniture was of a good quality. TV, speaker, kitchen, bathtub - everything is there for your comfort. 7min walk from S-bahn station, convenient and quiet location in general. Host stays in touch and replies promptly.
Aside from too stiff pillow, everything was great. Really.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, man ist schnell in Mannheim oder kann gemütlich am Rhein entlang spazieren. Die Wohnung war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und ist sehr hell und freundlich.
