The worst treatment ever. I politely asked the cleaning guy for permission to warm up a snack in the shared kitchen 10 minutes after check-out. (I had already left my room 30 minutes earlier.) First, the permission was granted but revoked 3 minutes later without any reason. What followed was a tirade of insults and threats. The employee aggressively tried to force me with clenched fist to give the place a positive review. (Reviews are voluntary and trying to force a customer to give a positive review using intimidation is illegal.) The employee further question my lifestyle because over one weekend I left 20 cigarettes in the ashtray and I filled up the small garbage bin in my room. There was nothing wrong with my conduct. I used the provided ashtray on the balcony and the garbage bin in my room as intended and only to a normal extent. I also left the bathroom clean and washed my own dishes. However, the employee continued to question if I had paid and made further wrong accusations. He ignored my explanation that I paid in advance already. He also disposed part of my breakfast without warning and part of my own expensive equipment with it. When I warned him that I would inform his manager about his conduct, he tried to intimidate me again by threatening to call the police. Again, I only asked for permission to warm up a snack 10 minutes after check-out. The permission was given, and I followed all given instructions before and afterward. (Letting a guest stay in the shared areas after check-out for a few minutes to wait for the taxi or have a small snack is common practice.) I believe the employee was overchallenged and tried to cover up his faults with wrong accusations against the customer. He was rude and aggressive. However, he neglected his duties. The shared facilities were scruffy. A load of bed sheets was left in the washing machine for the entire weekend. Also: No dishtowel and only a few kitchenware provided. No nightstands in the rooms.

It was clean , spacious and comfortable.

1. The location was not great . 2. The room was in the 3rd floor with no elevator. 3. The keys were shared in an inconvenient location. 4. Most important, they nowhere mentioned it was a shared bathroom. Although it was neat but I was not expecting that and to walk out the corridor to the bathroom. 5. Good hotels are available at this price

Nice room with good amenities. Self check-in was easy and smooth. Room was ready for my early arrival. Arrival by public transport is easy/convenient.

Nice TV, but I could not figure out how to change channels. Also, need to know: accommodation is on 3rd floor: three floors up from the street, 64 steps, no elevator. Manageable, but it would be good to know beforehand.

Room is spacious with a very comfortable bed; quality coffee and tea provided. While it is not en suite, the bathroom feels personal and the balcony is perfect for sipping a coffee and watching the street wake up. You have a real sense of living in a place where people live. Netflix etc. 3 minute walk to a cool beach bar by the river.

The people get up a bit early! The space for your stuff could be shared more generously. Note: there is no lift.

Valentin was very friendly and helpful. We had nice discussions. Regarding the room was everything the way it was promised: clean, comfy and modern. I will definitely contact Valentin to come back. I highly recommend the accommodation.

The Manager, Valentine, is a respectful, cordial and friendly gentleman. He even let me use his personal card to save me on parking. Room was spacious, clean and well stocked. Nice little balcony facing the playground of school. Excellent good value for a very reasonable rent. Thumbs up all the way.
