Loud neighborhood, poor hygiene and impolite staff.
Shared areas and bathroom were in a state of renovation. Shared areas and bathroom were very dirty. Staff was rude, asked intrusive questions and made insulting suggestions.

Die beste Unterkunft, die ich in Mannheim bisher hatte.
Im Hinterhofflachbau ist nichts und niemand in Hörweite. Es ist vollkommen ruhig und still. Das Zimmer ist groß, schön gebaut und schön eingerichtet.
Parken ist halt bissle unbequem hier (aber das ist bei der Lage einfach so).

Prádlo ačkoli bylo čerstvě vyprané mělo nějaké nepříjemné působící žluté fleky, na utěrce bylo dokonce nějaká uschlá žlutá hmota. Podlaha nebyla vůbec umytá - všude kusy nějaké špíny

Nicht empfehlenswert
Gastgeber, der, so kam es uns vor, wirklich nur das Nötigste tut, um aus dem Zimmer Geld zu machen. Die Fenster waren zugeklebt, sodass kaum Tageslicht reinkam. Es gab kein Nachttischlicht. Die Küchenzeile war dreckig und die Armatur in der Küche kaputt. Im Loft steht eine Tischtennisplatte mit zwei Schlägern und zahlreichen Bällen, die wir nicht benutzen durften („Einige kommen und denken, sie können hier spielen“). Insgesamt alles leider sehr lieblos und das Gegenteil von gastfreundlich.

Netter Empfang, zentral im Jungbusch gelegen, aber sehr ruhig im Hinterhof.
Zwei kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: Lichtdichte Gardinen vor die Fenster hinter dem Bett und einen Nachttisch o. ä. neben das Bett.
