This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Mannheim, just a few minutes’ walk from the university.

Whether you want to relax after a busy day at work, after challenging lectures, after fun events, or after a long day of sightseeing in Mannheim, you’ll feel right at home here.

The apartment is 34 square meters, luxurious, stylish, and furnished with great attention to detail.

I want to give you that feeling of coming home from the very first moment you spend here with me.

The elegant living and sleeping area is furnished with plenty of charm and high-quality materials in royal blue and gold.

The spacious living and sleeping area features a cozy sleeper sofa that’s perfect for snuggling up and reading. You can surf the web super fast or simply wind down the evening with your favorite TV shows and movies on Netflix.

With a good glass of wine and a delicious meal you’ve prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, you can turn the apartment into your own little haven of indulgence.

The kitchen is small but well-appointed and offers everything you need to cook for yourself. In addition to a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, stove, blender, NESPRESSO machine, microwave, and electric kettle, you’ll of course also find pots, pans, silverware, knives, a cutting board, salt, pepper, and oil at your disposal.

The stylish queen-size bed, complete with fresh linens, ensures a restful night’s sleep.

Thanks to the blackout curtains, you can darken the apartment to truly unwind and be ready for the next day with a renewed sense of joy.

The modern bathroom with a shower is equipped with a hair dryer, fresh towels, shower gel, and shampoo.

You can conveniently park your car for free in the underground parking garage.

Non-smoking apartment! If it is determined that smoking has occurred in the apartment, an additional cleaning fee of 250€ will be charged.

Cleanliness, hygiene, and the well-being of my guests are my top priorities. The health and safety measures are designed to combat a wide range of viruses, including COVID-19, and cover everything from hand-washing hygiene to the product specifications for cleaning the rooms. Specific steps I take are as follows:
- Use of antibacterial cleaning products
- Towels are hygienically packaged with a seal of quality
- The toilet and bathroom receive a hygiene seal after each cleaning
- Regular ozone treatment against mold, germs, and bacteria
