Overall a decent experience. Location is fantastic. Hope the agency notes the comments and improves.

The apartment was very spacious. Lots of natural light. The kitchen was well stacked. Excellent privacy. Great location. Beautiful balcony. Overall a good experience.

The wifi was an issue. I was without wifi for half of my stay. The machine was faulty and it was only replaced on my 4th day. Communication with the agency is BAD. The phone number never responds. Only e-mail works. If a weekend falls within your stay; no response is received. There were no curtains in the balcony door / bedroom window. The balcony door did not have a shutter also. Sleeping at night was a nightmare.

Terrible- unbelievably dirty

The location is central

It is the most disgusting and dirty place I have ever stayed in. There were blood stains on the towel, the pillows and blankets stinked, the floors were so dirty that my socks got black after 2 mins of walk and the there was a terrible food odor ln the whole flat. I bought many candles and air diffusers to eliminate the disgusting smell. Even the dishes were full of food stains

Hatte leider keine Möglichkeit eine andere Unterkunft fr zu suchen ! Würde diese Unterkunft nie mehr

Die Lage ist ideal! Das Appartement war nicht in der gebuchten Etage und die Ausstattung entsprach nicht den Fotos! Im „ Wohnzimmer“ 3 Pritschen ( behelfsbetten) Küchenunterschränke, ohne Kaffeemaschine , uralte Schwämme ! Sehr unhygienisch! Möbel ( Stühle ) mit wackeligen Beinen ! Alles sehr ungemütlich und lieblos zusammengewürfelt!

Zentrale Lage und dafür relativ ruhig

Einfaches Inventar, dass zum Teil defekt war, bis hin zu einem Beistellbett dass beim draufsetzen zusammen gebrochen ist. Zum Glück habe ich mich nicht verletzt!Internet nur auf Nachfrage und dann per mobilen Zugang vorhanden. Sauberkeit an vielen Stellen ungenügend. Kommunikation sehr aufwendig und nicht zielorientiert

Unterkunft mit Licht und Schatten

helles, modernes Apartment mit viel Platz; zentrale Lage im Herzen Mannheims mit sehr kurzen Wegen zu ÖPNV und Einzelhandel; prima schallisolierte Fenster; sauberes Treppenhaus und gut funktionierender Fahrstuhl;

Leider keine Kaffeemaschine, keine Mikrowelle, keine Abtropfmöglichkeit für gewaschenes Geschirr, kein Toilettenpapier; wacklige Stühle; Gebucht hatten wir ein Loft im 4.Stock, wurden aber ohne Angabe von Gründen im 3.Stock einquartiert. Die W-LAN-Box war am 1. Abend nicht zu finden. Der Support war unpersönlich und schleppend und erfolgte ausschließlich per E-Mail, und nicht telefonisch, wie eigentlich in der Beschreibung angegeben, Am 2. Tag erschien ein netter Hausmeister, der zumindest einige der Mängel behob.

Pleasant stay with some needed improvements

You receive a lot of information from the host. The keys are in the mailbox. This was a description that was missing. However, I figure it out. The apartment is big enough for two people. The location is really good. However, you have to pay for parking. It’s really quiet in the house and in the surroundings.

Die Betten und Handtücher riechen modrig. Es gab insgesamt drei Kopfkissen in der Wohnung. Eins davon war absolut nicht nutzbar aufgrund des Geruchs. Für zwei Personen gab es drei Duschhandtücher, aber keine Hand Handtücher. Es ist eine zu hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Wohnung. Es gibt Silberfische. Unsere Atemwege gingen zu über Nacht, es war wie Allergie. Wenn wir draußen waren, war alles wieder in Ordnung. Also irgendwas stimmt in der Wohnung nicht. Außerdem wird es komplette Bad überflutet, wenn man duscht. In der Küche fehlen Dielen im Fußboden. Der Kühlschrank kühlt nicht richtig. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche ist lose. Die Jalousie im Schlafzimmer ist auf der linken Seite immer geschlossen und kann nicht nach oben gezogen werden. Somit kann das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden.

Ficamos 18 dias sem Internet e TV, e apesar das inúmeras reclamações o problema não foi resolvido. A rua à noite é muito barulhenta, principalmente no fim de semana. O apartamento é muito quente e abafado, colchões velhos e sujos, roupas de cama e banho de baixa qualidade. Banheiro com paredes e cortina mofadas. Cozinha sem cafeteira, escorredor de louças e armários para acomodar as roupas, apenas com 2 cabídeiros. Erraram a data do check-out e entraram no apartamento um dia antes sem nos avisar, felizmente estávamos no apartamento e informamos a ele a data correta do check-out. Não recomendo

No me gustó que tenían la estufa mala y no hubo manera de poder cocinar y no lo solucionaron a pesar de que se le informó al anfitrión y dijo que lo arreglaría , no tienen ni un solo ventilador y hace demasiado calor , las camas son molestas porque cada que te mueves hacen demasiado ruido y luego los vecinos se están quejando

No me gusto que en el piso de arriba, habia una construccion y usaban mucho el taladro y eso atormentaba, tampoco vi un basurero cerca para botar la basura

Die Lage war sehr gut. Mitten in Mannheim. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Öffis in der Nähe. Max 2 Minuten. Parkhäuser mit Tagestarif von 18€.

Fehlende Ausstattung wie Lampenschirme, Kästen, Regale, Vorhänge.Es gibt zwar elektrische Rollläden aber wenn man nicht bei Licht am Tag in der Wohnung sein möcht, sitzt man wie in einer Auslage. Auch hatten wir eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Baugerüst direkt vor unserm Fenster in der Wohnküche. Im Bad sind einige Fliesen mit Silikon fixiert. Mangelnde Wartung: WC-Brille. Halterung Handbrause...... Leider waren die Fotos und die Beschreibung auf Booking.com nicht sehr genau.
