Lugar tranquilo, super confortável, não tive nenhum tipo de problemas durante minha estadia. Sim, voltaria mais vezes !
Apenas o banheiro, demorava muito para descer a água do banho, então às vezes alagava um pouco, mas isso pode ser resolvido rapidamente, não tenho nada a reclamar

helles, modernes Apartment mit viel Platz; zentrale Lage im Herzen Mannheims mit sehr kurzen Wegen zu ÖPNV und Einzelhandel; prima schallisolierte Fenster; sauberes Treppenhaus und gut funktionierender Fahrstuhl; freundlicher Hausmeister
keine Kaffeemaschine; keine unterschiedlichen Behälter für die Mülltrennung (obwohl seitens der Stadt vorgeschrieben); unbequeme, "zusammengewürfelte" Stühle; unpersönliche Kommunikation mit der Agentur; mangelhafter "After-Sales-Service": auch nach zweimaliger Bitte wurde uns keine Rechnung ausgestellt :(

La casa ha grosse potenzialità ma non è pulita, inoltre rotta la maniglia del vetro scorrevole in cucina soggiorno. Rotto il copri water, i cuscini avevano un cattivo odore per cui ho lavato le fodere. In bagno solo 1 rotolo di carta igienica intero., senza bagnoschiuma o altri detergenti. Avevo chiesto un phone, ma non ho avuto risposta. Nello stanzino secchi sporchi. In camera da letto un armadio non pulito.. Il balcone coronato da deiezioni di colombi. IInsomma con quello che costa l'appartamento è anche giusto chiamare una squadra di pulizia!!! Che cavolo
