BAD EXPERIENCE

Location was great. Apartment was ok yo stay.

Owner of the apartment was unexperienced. First, the key is in the safe box. It was really hard to find it, if your english is not very good i wish you luck for finding the key. Also, according to explainations on booking, parking was free but you must pay parking fee. The owner also don’t know this, probably he learnt with me. Plus, communication is really hard with the owner. Because if a problem happens about the apartment, he does not try to fix it, he asks for calling someone else and this guy has no good english. As result, if you rent this house, first pray god for not to live a problem. Because you will find yourself into survivor game.

Cozy apartment near the city center. There is a cycle path along the Neckar river right next to the house, you can use it for walks or inline skating. Parking, which is included in the accommodation price, is in front of the house in the parking lot behind the barrier. It is a few minutes walk to good restaurants and pubs. We were very satisfied.

awful, dirty, rip-off

the bed was comfortable

The room was not clean. hair was visible throughout the apartment and in the bathroom. the faucet in the kitchen sink was corroded. the refrigerator had a terrible smell because it was recently turned on, or turned too low. half of hangars in the closet were broken. the kitchen was subpar. there was no stove top just a cheap hot plate. the dishes were not cleaned well. the place where you stack the dishes was also corroded and filthy. it looked like the entire place hadn’t been properly cleaned in years. there was construction in the apartment above and I was not warned about this. the sound of drilling was unbearable and continued throughout my stay. the towels smelled of smoke. the bathroom gel in the shower was empty. it says beautiful in the title of this listing but it was far from that. would not recommend.

Super Zimmer

Die Unterkunft ist super gut gelegen und total sauber. Das Bett war auch sehr gemütlich gewesen. Zentrale Lage mit Sbahn Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür, liebend gerne wieder. Für einen Trip nach Mannheim ist die Unterkunft bestens geeignet. Zutritt zum Gebäude nur mit Chip, was ich persönlich auch mehr sicher finde. Auch die Bilder sind 1 zu 1 übereinstimmend

Aktuell scheint das Gebäude im Umbau zu sein, was den Eingang zu Anfang etwas Schwierig bestreitet, aber da es nur temporär ist beeinflusst das nicht die Bewertung des Zimmers selbst

7/10 (Zentral, Parkplatz, Waschmaschine, nicht so sauber)

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, wir konnten zu Fuß zum Basar und vielen Orten gehen, das war das Beste daran. Der Selbsteintritt in die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch. Darüber hinaus ist es eine große Chance, einen privaten Parkplatz neben der Wohnung in einer zentralen Lage zu haben. Wifi ist verfügbar und funktional.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mag das kein Problem sein, aber das Bett ist sehr unbequem, es bricht zusammen, wenn man sich hinlegt. Die Schrauben der Stühle sind locker und man hat das Gefühl, dass sie jeden Moment brechen werden. Aber das Wichtigste ist, dass wir, da wir keine Schuhe in der Wohnung benutzt haben, die Wohnung wieder selbst gewischt haben und das Wasser, das wir gewischt haben, schwarz wurde. Außerdem befanden sich viele Haare auf dem Bettbezug und dem Kopfkissenbezug. Das war am schlimmsten. Ich wurde gebeten, ein Foto von diesem Problem zu schicken, aber es wurde mir kein neues Blatt usw. angeboten. Ich denke nicht, dass ich 2. mal reservieren werde.
