Stay in a pre-war building and explore Mannheim

The apartment is located in a very nice building constructed well before the wars, which makes it particularly interesting. It is a cozy and charming place. As you can see on the map, the area is busy, but the windows have been newly glazed, so it is not a problem. The city center is just a 10-minute walk away. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped — 5 to 6 people can dine comfortably. Quick communication with the managers. Welcome drink and water in the fridge. Dishwasher and washing machine tablets are provided.

It's not negative - The flat would be even better with blackout curtains for the kitchen window and it would be great to have more stable curtain rods.

Einige Lampen funktionierten nicht, ebenso der Backofen. Verkehrslärm gerade in den frühen Morgenstunden nicht unerheblich.

Schönes Appartement....wir waren nur zur falschen (sehr heißen) zeit dort.

Das Appartement ist sehr schön. Altbau mit hohen Decken im 2. OG gelegen (ohne Aufzug). Sehr großzügige Wohnung 2 großen Schlafzimmern uns sehr bequemen Betten. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank und Eisschrank in Kombination. Service hat alles bestens funktioniert. Mit Türcode konnten wir problemlos auch schon eine Stunde früher ins Appartement. Eine übersichtliche und informative Mappe lag vorbereitet auf dem Tisch mit WLAN-Kennwort. Also bestens vorbereitet.

Wir hatten das Problem, dass an diesem Wochenende die Temperaturen weit über 30 Grad lagen. Da das Appartment über keine Klimaanlage verfügt, war schon ab 10.30 Uhr eine große Hitze im Apartment. Da die Lage nahe Bahnhof nicht dazu einlädt die Fenster zu öffnen, war an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Da meine Frau mit VIP Kunden im Appartement arbeiten musste, haben wir noch 2 Ventilatoren gekauft, um es erträglicher zu machen. Aber am 2. Tag haben wir uns entschieden, eine Hotelzimmer in der Innenstadt zu buchen, was klimatisiert war. Der Vermieter hatte für unsere Situation Verständnis und hat uns zugesagt 2 Nächte kostenlos zu stornieren. Herzlichen Dank nochmal dafür. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, waren an einigen Stellen kleine Ameisenstrassen. Leider gab es hier keine Ameisenfallen im App.! Ansonsten war nichts zu bemängeln.

Chice komfortable Wohnung mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Superschöne Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Kontakte, die nach Möglichkeit jeden Wunsch erfüllen. Blitzschnelle Rückmeldung bei Fragen 👍 Gut ausgestattete moderne Küche, bequeme Betten.

Vertrocknetes Baguette im Küchenschrank und angegessenes Eis im Gefrierschrank....Vielleicht von einem der letzten Gäste? Die Lage an einer 24 Stunden stark befahrenen Strasse, bei geöffneten Fenstern zu schlafen war unmöglich. Der includierte Parkplatz liegt hinter dem Haus in einer Seitenstraße, zu der ich mich im Dunklen kaum allein hintrauen würde. Ziemlich heruntergekommen. Meist gibt es aber an der Straße vor dem Haus einen Parkplatz.

Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Kleinigkeiten haben in der Küche gefehlt. Der im Wohnzimmer schläft kann keine Tür schließen, das wussten wir aber im Voraus. Durch den Straßenverkehr und die Bahn ist es relativ laut. Eine zweite Toilette wäre von Vorteil.
