Nice, spacious, easy access stay for independent living near the Bahnhof with well-equipped kitchen.

Spacious studio, great value. Well-equipped little kitchenette with different pots, good knives, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs and cutlery, also a hot water boiler, two ceramic stove top burners and more. They also left salt, pepper and some oil there, probably from previous guests, which was well appreciated. Many electrical sockets, good wifi. Great, hassle-free check-in, easy to find and acces. Blackout curtains and automatic shutters, so nice and dark, if you unplug the electronics. Smartly furnished. Great layout. Comfortable large bed. Good little dining area, proper hangers, which is always a plus. Quick automated AI response by host. All in all nice independent living. Good elevator. Friendly curved view of the street. Large window, which shut out any street noise.

No day curtains. (I wouldn't mind that if there weren't apt across the street). Small, thin duvet, only one very large pillow, no light over sink and stove, no vent over stove, bathroom was not cleaned to perfection (shower, sink, mirror, and countertops were perfect but the floor (mopping residue) and toilet (flushing residue) were not up to par. There was mopping residue near the bed as well and quite a few little white hairs on the dark velvet armchair (I have pictures). A little skimpy on toilet paper for a short stay, which I always find disappointing. AI message response helpful with check-in and request for temperature change but not with request for additional pillow or tp. Slightly insistant on giving a 10-star rating, which should be up to me and my experience. That is always a no go for me.

Advertised a sofa bed. There was not a sofa. It was a chair bed smaller than a twin with no sheets provided. Also, there was no hair dryer even though it was listed.

Gute Lage, sonst ausbaufähig

Als sehr gut möchte ich die Lage bezeichnen!!! Das Studio und Bad war von der Größe großzügig. Trotz Nähe zu Straße, war es sehr ruhig! Das Einchecken ist sehr einfach, auch die Kommunikation. Obwohl ich ein bisschen das Gefühl hatte mit einem Computerprogramm zu kommunizieren. Weil, ich gab mich mit meinem Vornamen zu erkennen, wurde aber immer wieder mit meinem Nachnamen per du angesprochen. Das empfand ich etwas seltsam.

Wir hatten 10 Übernachtungen. Für den Aufenthalt fand ich 1 Badetuch und 1 Handtuch pro Person zu wenig! Als ich fragte, ob man mehr haben könnte. Bekam ich die Antwort; für 15€ pro Set es zu buchen. Auch, dass man nur einen Schlüssel zur Verfügung hatte, fand ich nicht unangenehm und unkomfortabel!!! Im Bad ist ein riesiger Spiegel, nur zum rasieren oder schminken völlig ungeeignet, da Distanz zu weit ist! Ein kleiner Vergrößerungsspiegel wäre sehr hilfreich. Die Ausstattung im Küchenbereich ist minimal, aber ausreichend. Nur eine Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschinen in einer Höhe von ca. 2 m zu deponieren, ist nicht wirklich hilfreich! Gut dass ich Instant Kaffee dabei hatte.! Mit 72 Jahren wollte ich nicht riskieren auf einen gepolsterten Stuhl zu steigen, um die Kaffeemaschine runter zu holen.

Alles in Allem ein schönes Apartment für den Aufenthalt. Alle Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend. Nur ein paar Schritte vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Mannheim ist eine Großstadt und man muss in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes in Kauf nehmen, dass es auch nachts etwas lauter ist. Dies hat uns jedoch überhaupt nicht gestört. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Perfekte Lage und super Kommunikation

Die Lage war für uns perfekt neben dem Bahnhof, weil wir jeden Tag mit dem Zug gefahren sind, um uns die umliegenden Städte anzusehen. Gefreut habe ich mich über die vielen Kaffeekapseln, das hat meinen Morgen gerettet...auch gab es genügend Steckdosen, um zwei Handys aufzuladen Für einen warmen Sommer waren auch zwei mobile Klimaanlagen vorhaden. Das beste aber war der Kontakt, der hervorragend geklappt hat und meine Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet!!!

Einzig die Kissen haben uns nicht gefallen, aber das empfindet jeder anders.
