Perfect for a short stay

Room was nice, everything you need. Contact with the owner is good but sometimes it felt like you receive standard replies when asking specific questions. The free parking was also a big +

During the day the area around the appartment is full of sketchy people, at night it was quiet. The appartment building itself is a bit outdated but the room and facilities offer you everything you’ll need for a short stay.

Well equipped apartment, very good central location

It was an apartment. Very central, well equipped, spacious rooms. Kitchen ws a bit small but usable. Modern clean furniture. Everything you need was there.

We had some problems getting the key box open, had to call the help number which was answered straight away and helped. Wasn't keen on the pod coffee maker.. But that was individual choice. Be aware that the location can be noisy but on the other hand very convenient.

Good location, very close to train station. There is a supermarket right next to the apartment. The apartment is clean & tidy. The self check-in process was easy to manage as well. The host is very responsive & overall we had a very pleasant stay

Belle expérience, adresse à garder si nous revenons

L'emplacement est très vite accessible à pied depuis la gare et un arrêt de tram se trouve devant l'imeuble ainsi qu'un Lidl pour les courses (ouvert -> 22h) et restaurants accessible à pied. La communication avec les propriétaires était fluide et rapide et très sympatique. Le salon et la chambre sont spacieux et très bien aménagés. On se sent bien.

La cuisine est un peu minimaliste par manque de place, le quartier bien que très central est un peu gloque et très bruyant. Au niveau propreté on était pas à 100% mais rien de très dérangeant.

Weekend festif sublimé par ce superbe appartement

Appartement très confortable et spacieux. Situé au 5e étage, l’appartement est relativement bien insonorisé malgré l’emplacement sur un axe principal de la ville. Tram au pied du bâtiment, la gare et le centre ville a moins de 5min à pied et l’arena à 20min de tram. Les consignes pour y accéder et le livret d’information fourni sont très clairs et permettent une totale autonomie. De plus le personnel est très réactif au message et arrangeant (départ plus tard que prévu par exemple). Bref c’était parfait pour notre week-end.

Schöne Wohnung im Zentrum wenn man das Umfeld ausblendet

Die Lage der Wohnung war super, direkt in der Nähe Bahnhof und dem Zentrum. Alles perfekt zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine S-Bahn-Station war direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft. Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt im Haus, ein paar Etagen tiefer. Pkw-Stellplatz auch direkt angeschlossen. Wohnung war sauber auf den ersten Blick. Es gibt nach bestätigter Buchung eine App mit vielen hilfreichen Informationen rund um die Wohnung und die Stadt. Preis war günstig.

Im Hausflur der 5. Etage, wo die Wohnung liegt, war es heiß und stank widerlich, ich musste mir immer den Ärmel vor die Nase halten um nicht direkt zu brechen. In der Wohnung selbst, hat man es nicht gerochen. Dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts, sollte aber erwähnt werden PS: ich bin ein Dorfkind und so Einiges an Gerüchen gewöhnt. Um den Schlüssel für die Wohnung und den PKW-Stellplatz aus dem Kasten zu bekommen bedarf es Hilfe über die Hotline, alles verklemmt, da würde eine neue Schlüsselbox Abhilfe schaffen. Die in den wirklich freundlichen Nachrichten des Vermieters angegebene Nummer war nicht erreichbar. Wie erwähnt war die Wohnung auf den ersten Blick sauber, aber der Küchenbereich lud nicht mal zum Kaffeekochen ein, wenn man auf den Boden geschaut hat. Die Dusche war ok, Waschbecken auch. Aber hinter und unter der Waschmaschine (die ich nicht benutzt habe und auch nicht geschaut hätte, wenn mir nicht etwas runter gefallen wäre), war es nicht schön. Dazu kam das ständig schlechte Gefühl der Legionellensache. Großer Warnhinweis im Eingangsbereich und der Gastgeber hatte vor dem Aufenthalt explizit darauf hingewiesen, dass dies nur Vorsichtsmaßnahmen seien, deshalb habe ich es auch nicht für so wichtig empfunden. War nur zwei Nächte dort, die erste Nacht auf Party und tagsüber zum Sightseeing. In der zweiten Nacht habe ich mich öfter übergeben müssen und litt an Durchfall. Die komplette Woche nach dem Aufenthalt blieben mir diese Symptome erhalten und es kam eine üble Erkältung über 2 Wochen dazu. Diese könnte natürlich von der einen Nacht mit Party kommen und nachweisen, dass es von verunreinigten Wasser kommt, kann ich auch nicht. Mein Bauchgefühl sagt mir jedoch etwas Anderes.

Leider nicht gut , wir sind 1 Tag ehr abgereist, und es gab nur ein bedauern !!

Die Lage ist zentral, aber auch sehr laut !!

Die Küche war nicht sauber , insbesondere die Mikrowelle und das Geschirr! So das wir dort nicht gegessen haben! Die WC Bürste muss mal erneuert werden kein schöner Anblick!! Und Hinweise im treppenflur auf Schädlingsbekämpfung und Legionellen (bitte nicht duschen) macht es dann auch nicht erholsam !!

super: Tiefgaragenstellplatz. war nur etwas schwierig wieder ins Treppenhaus zu kommen. sonst alles bestens. allenfalls halt bisschen lebhaft die Straße unten (aber die Wohnung ist im 5.Stock).

Wir sind komplett zufrieden mit dem, was uns, als Familie mit sehr kleinen Kindern, geboten wurde.

Küche und Bad sind in aller räumlichen Knappheit echt super gut eingerichtet und bieten Zubehör für ziemlich alle Situationen, die einem als Gast begegnen können. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich, sondern wirklich lobenswert! Beide Schlafräume bieten hingegen richtig viel Platz und sind auch bestens ausgestattet. Diese Wohnung hat es uns trotz der heftigen Preise möglich gemacht, in der zentralsten Innenstadt Mannheims schöne Familientage zu verbringen. Der Garagenstellplatz ist dafür auch hilfreich!

Lekker centraal, wel even wennen.

Het was fijn om een gratis parkeerplek te hebben zo midden in het centrum van Mannheim!

Het duurde best lang om me op mijn gemak te voelen. Het sleutelkastje hing aan een lantaarnpaal midden op straat. Dat voelde een beetje gek. En ik moest heel erg wennen aan de drukke omgeving en het oud ogende gebouw. Eenmaal binnen voelde het al fijner aan.
