Sehr zentrale und dennoch verkehrsgünstige Lage. Die Buchung von vier Zimmern verlief unkompliziert, der Zugang per Code war einfach und zuverlässig. Die Kommunikation per E‑Mail erfolgte schnell und mit kurzer Reaktionszeit, wenn auch nicht immer kundenfreundlich.
Wegen starkem nächtlichem Straßenlärm bat ich bereits am ersten Morgen um 8 Uhr online um einen Zimmerwechsel. Dieser wurde mit „ausgebucht“ abgelehnt, obwohl nachweislich mehrere Gäste erst an diesem Tag für nur eine Nacht anreisten. Die Antwort wirkte ausweichend und wenig kundenfreundlich. Zudem waren die Kaffeekapseln nicht original und führten zum Überlaufen, ohne dass Kaffee herauskam. Die Heizung ließ sich nur am Boden liegend bedienen, da das Ventil ungünstig platziert ist.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit großem Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Auch die sonstige Ausstattung war sehr gut.
Der Boden im Zimmer war sehr staubig

Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Möbel und Ausstattung waren in einem sehr guten Zustand
Obwohl ich im 3. Stock übernachtet habe. War der der viel befahrenen Straße extrem penetrant. Schlafen ohne Gehörschutz war kaum möglich, da die Straße selbst unter der Woche nachts hochfrequentiert ist. Kein normaler Straßenverkehr sondern immer wieder aufheulenden Motorgeräuschen, die die Nachtruhe durchbrechen.
