Well equipped spacious apartment close to central station

The property was well equipped- everything works and had lots of coffee tea, dishwasher tablets, washing liquid etc. very useful when traveling around for a long time. Check-in to the apartment was simple and it is conveniently located easy walk to main station a S Bahn city station. Easy walk through town to the river and a park for walks and shopping centre if you want. Well connected with local trains to Mannheim , Heidelberg etc. this is why we stayed here not in one of the tourist towns.

Minor issue that it is not possible to leave luggage after 10am. This did NOT spoil our trip.

Perfect stay in Ludwigshfen

I love everything about this apartment. It’s big and cozy apartment having everything which is required for one’s needs. Apartment is very clean, located at ground floor having all facilities. I have visited for work but would love to visit again for leisure as well.

Very good flat !

The flat is beautiful and was very clean ! It's very close to a tramway station, in 15 minutes you're at Mannheim Train Station. The relationship with the owner was also very good and they were answering quickly to my questions! I'll come back again when I am in Mannheim.

Superb

The apartment in itself is 10/10 - no doubts. Very well-furnished, comfortable, well organized and with significant attention to details. The kitchen is particularly nice. Armchair and sofa are very comfortable and high quality. The communication with the host was very smooth, fast and effective - well done. I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a good accommodation.

The apartment met (and actually exceeded) my expectations. What prevents me from rating my experience 10/10 is mainly the neighbourhood - not the most pleasant residential area. Although the host provided parking cards (which were of great help!), finding a parking place in the surrounding areas sometimes required a bit of time. Again, this is not a shortcoming from the host but something future guest need to be aware of.

以照片來看原本以為是渡假，到現場後被現實打敗了，小區滿滿的大麻味，屋內的清潔並不完善，我們週末只好到飯店居住。強烈建議選擇曼海姆市區，或是跳過這個城市。

清潔程度不令人滿意，洗衣籃有用過的毛巾，洗衣機滿滿的黴菌跟上一位留下的洗衣液，微波爐裡頭是髒的，隔壁鄰居24小時傳來大麻味

Trotz der kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten ist es eine schöne Unterkunft.

Das Appartement war gross und gut ausgestattet. Zur Ausstattung gehörte auch Tee.

Leider hatte man bei Eintritt sofort einen Zigarettengeruch in der Nase und der Kühlschrank war nicht gänzlich sauber.

Große Wohnzimmercouch zum Relaxen. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Ruhige Wohnung mit Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof.

Die Parksituation ist etwas schwierig und sollte in Vorfeld geklärt werden (es steht eine TG oder Besucherausweise zum Parken auf der Straße zur Verfügung). Die Küchenausstattung könnte noch das eine oder andere Utensil gebrauchen (Müslischalen, Flaschenöffner).
