We booked the Junior Suite, and it was a great choice for three adults. The sofa bed was already neatly set up for us upon arrival. The room was a decent size, but the standout was the bathroom, it was surprisingly large, and the shower was excellent with great water pressure. We also had an attached balcony. While you do see some local houses in the foreground, you still get a lovely view of the mountains, which was a nice treat to wake up to.
Great hotel in the heart of Tromsø! Great breakfast and 24/7 complimentary cookies, tea, coffee and water in the lobby.
The staff is wonderful, though keep in mind reception closes between 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Late entry via the side door is simple and secure. Highly recommend for the location and the friendly service!
the reception is only available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. While the side entrance for late access was very easy to use, I would have given the stay a 10/10 if there was always staff there to help just in case.

Los desayunos son de primera. Las atenciones del staff, especialmente Ema, fueron muy especiales. Ema nos hizo sentir como en nuestra casa e incluso habló con nosotros en español, algo que nos agradó mucho pues fue el único hotel donde pudimos todos hablar nuestro principal idioma. Sus atenciones fueron especiales y nos hizo la estadía mucho mas placentera.
La habitación muy cómodas y la ubicación es espectacular.
No creo haya nada que no nos haya gustado.. solo que los dias se fueron muy rápidos.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and offered a very good breakfast. The location was excellent, situated just a 10-minute walk from the main meeting points for activities. There is a grocery store right across the street and an excellent pizzeria only 50 meters away.
The mini fridge was not working properly. It cooled very slowly and probably needs to be replaced.

Die Lage in Tromso ist in Ordnung.
Unser Zimmer war doch sehr sehr klein und die Ausstattung z. B. im Badezimmer hat schon bessere Tage gesehen.
