The only downside was that the front desk staff seemed super busy, so sometimes it was a bit hard to find them when I needed help. Overall though, it’s a convenient place with some lovely extras!

Location was very good. Staff were friendly cookies very nice and it’s free flow for guests. Did not have the time to try their waffles unfortunately. Chit chat with a few of the staff haha keep up the good work. For the price point no complaints.
If the rooms had kettle it would be nice so we can make our own hot water instead of going down to level 1. Also quite noisy when people are walking in the common areas but nothing else to complain about.

Great location with short walking distance to most meeting points to various tours, staff friendly and accommodative. Very clean with fresh towels left every day. Enjoyed the underfloor heating in the shower. Could not fault my stay here. It was expensive so hoping to stay again if get better price booked alot further in advance even for high season.
No kettle in room but there was always hot water and tea at reception so it was fine.
