The location was amazing.
The triple room was very comfortable, because of the space. The beds are great
There was zero contact with any personell. Digital doors, touristic info on nearest shops, sights and transport as well as some tours in the app, very simple and well made.
The windows were not fully opening, very hard to air the room, especially when the heating is on.

環境乾淨舒適且安靜，地點非常方便，走路很快就到公車站，附近也有超市及餐廳。
床鋪舒適讓人睡的很好。
廚房的設備充足，料理三餐沒有問題。
淋浴間的蓮蓬頭因為節省能源的關係被調成水量非常小，洗起來不舒服且會覺得冷。
而水龍頭的水量卻非常強，不太理解這個設置。

It was a great location near to the shops and attractions.
This is not what I would call a hotel. It is more of an AirBnB which is not what I wanted. A hotel has a person to greet you 24/7. A person to ask questions. If there was a breakfast I was never told of or shown it. I was coming off a long overnight flight and my phone was dead. The 6 digit code I thought was to let me in, didn't. I was panicking and very frustrated and luckily another guest arrived and took pity on me. She let me use her phone, otherwise I would have given up and sought a room at a real hotel.
