El alojamiento era estupendo, buena ubicación y limpio
Tuvimos un problema a la llegada. No había llave. Nos dijeron que se había roto la cerradura, lo cual era cierto, pero nos dieron un apartamento peor que el nuestro y a pesar de que dijeron que nos devolverían el importe de una noche, no lo hicieron. Les pedimos que lo gestionasen a través de booking porque no nos parecía fiable facilitar números de cuenta y no nos devolvieron la noche correspondiente.
