Absolute bliss on long winter evenings

For a 'glamping pod' this was incredibly lovely. It felt absolutely luxurious to have a proper bathroom, walk in shower and a fully functioning, fitted and well stocked kitchen. It really had everything I needed and more, and the space is used really well. It perhaps felt so luxurious as I was alone - it really was a beautiful space to be in. But it would be absolutely fine (indeed, great!) with two people and of course cheaper! There were some lovely touches. Ground coffee and a bottle of milk in the fridge. Locally designed place mats. A box of games and a mini drying rack. The setting was lovely - it's a working farm so don't expect 360 rural panoramas - but the pods are cleverly angled towards lovely fields and hills, and a very short walk up the road you can treat yourself to a sunset overlooking the ocean. It was super quite at night - absolutely wonderful. And after a bit of a lie in a fresh coffee on the veranda (which has outdoor seating) or the bench down by the field was perfect. The communications were clear and very good although everything was so self-explanatory and great that I never needed to contact anyone! Thanks for a lovely stay.

If you like 'cosy lighting', the overhead main lighting in the pod is a touch severe for a long winter evening. I happened to have with me a string of fairy lights which was perfect, combined with the cosy lights above the bed.

A beautiful pod in rural Scotland

Everything. It was the most peaceful place. It was warm, spotless and spacious. The bed was comfortable and clean. The shower room was immaculate. We left feeling refreshed and relaxed. We will definitely be returning.

Friendly hosts had time for a chat and made us feel welcome.

Location was perfect, a pair of pods close to a very quiet road and overlooking a farm field towards some small hills. Access was from the driveway. Inside was spacious for a pod and spotless. Everything needed for a stay was present. A comfortable bed and it was cosy. There was a bit of a storm one evening and the place felt very solid and the rain noise wasn't intrusive.

Lovely! The best place to stay in this part of Scotland!

Everything was perfect - location, neighbourhood, owner, animals, pods! Wonderfull if you are looking for nature, silence and comfort! Easy to find, easy to park, everything you need is inside, the pods are new and great quality. The cows and sheep visit you in the morning, neighbours horse is running up the hill, birds are singing, cats come to greet you in the evening, bunnies are hopping in the yard. Amazing! You can also walk from the pods to the Easdale Island ferry (about 40 min down the hill). Wonderfull experiance! Thank you!

The stay enabled me to have a complete break from my normal life and all my concerns vanished.

Breakfast was never part of the arrangement. For me the location was perfect, very peaceful and tranquil. I could step out of my door, sit on the veranda and watch the sheep and cows, plus the occasional pheasant and rabbits running around. There was also plenty of birds singing. Each day I heard a cuckoo, which living in London I have not heard in years. Also there was a local bus service which enabled me to get to other islands which I wanted to visit. I was also very lucky because I had perfect weather for the duration of my stay. Under these conditions everything looked very beautiful.

Everything was just fine, the location, the accommodation and my hosts were very friendly and helpful with local knowledge.

Brilliant couple of days just chillaxing : )

Ideal for us as in a lovely quiet spot with lovely views 2 days of chillaxin walking distance to the one and only shop and if you like walking a pub a couple of miles away would deffo recommend : ) Host left us some fresh milk with tea and coffee and introduced herself and asked if we were happy with everything.... small little touches go a long way : )

Meraviglioso pod nelle vicinanze di una fattoria gestita dagli host. In pochi metri quadri ha tutto quello che serve, è ben attrezzato e accogliente. Immerso nel verde e nel silenzio è l'ideale per godersi la campagna scozzese già guardando fuori dalla finestra. Natalie è a disposizione tramite la chat di booking per qualunque cosa ma la guida fornita già spiega tutto quello che serve. A mezz'ora di auto da Oban.
