This must be the cleanest property we have ever stayed in! It was spotless! The kitchen facilities were excellent, everything you could need to cater for yourself. The property was cosy, light and very comfortable. The bed was also also comfortable with nice bed linen. Heather was so welcoming and friendly. We felt we could ask for help if we needed it. The property is in an excellent position for exploring Mull. It is only a short distance from the ferry and easy to find, with off road parking. There is a well stocked shop very close, a wonderful cafe and bakers, and an excellent fresh fish shop just a few minutes walk.

Salen is an ideal place to stay on Mull. It’s easy to forget just how big the Island is and how long it takes to drive from the North to the South coast. The old school apartment was quiet, comfortable, clean and very well maintained and appointed. Shops within a two minute walk and lovely coffee shop next door. Would heartily recommend!

We had the whole apartment which included a double room a single room a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable. We found Salen a good base for a few days to explore the island. The owners were very helpful and friendly.
