Lovely property in a central location, really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend.

The property was really lovely and there was great communication from the host Heather prior to and during our stay. The property was really well equipped and located in a small village with a good shop. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others looking for a central location in the beautiful Isle of Mull.

The weather, our few days were unfortunately plagued with rain but them's the breaks! Gives us a good excuse for a revisit in the future.

Beautiful, well-appointed two bedroom apartment in Salen

A really beautiful, well-appointed two bedroom apartment in the heart of the scenic Salen on Mull. Close to the great Salen Hotel, a Spar, a filling station for the car, and in a great location halfway between Craignure and Tobermory. The property is spotless and cosy, with a woodburning stove stocked with wood for colder nights. The beds are comfy, and the setting is peaceful and relaxing. Oh, and how could I forget: there's a bakery that does incredible cakes and pastries literally one door down. Amazing place!

Great spacious apartment!

We stayed in the Teacher’s Apartment. Very clean and spacious, good kitchen (everything you need is there), living room with open fire, plus parking on premises. The owners are easy to reach (live next door). The town itself is small, but has a well-stocked supermarket and is a convenient point for exploring the stunning Isle of Mull. There is a hotel with restaurant next to the Old School. The food is average, but staff is very kind and we had a great evening loosing from the locals in quiz night!

The shower is a bit small (not suitable for obese or very tall people) and like many British houses it’s electric which makes it a bit hard to adjust in temperture and not adjustable in pressure…but hey, who’s complaining. It’s 5 minutes of your day!

Comfortable, with the possibility of seeing otters close by

It was a bright, spacious apartment with all the amenities including an easy-to-use washing machine. And it was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. One of the many thoughtful touches that I really appreciated was the box of tissues in most rooms. Also, no stairs and parking right outside the door. It is in the middle of the pretty village of Salen, with nice walks around and the Hotel next door for a delicious, hot meal.

The property is located in Salen ., literally in the middle of east coast of the island of Mull. This was a good location for us as we wished to visit both the north & south of the island. The property was comfortable & well fitted out for self catering. A helpful, responsive host.

Well equipped with big rooms and easy parking

It was comfortable with a well kitted out kitchen, close walking distance to a Spar and coffee shops. nice big bathroom, great entry area to get all the wet weather gear off before entering the house, central heating, lots of parking. Close to intersections leading to all the other places on the island.

TV didn't seem to want to connect but it wasn't a priority for us so didn't bother querying it. The internet wasn't great, it was off/ on alot and it signal is very sporadic for both calls and wifi. Was kind of expecting it - so didn't bother us too much.

A fab place to stay which is spotless, comfortable and cosy.

The property is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and super comfortable. One of our other family members who stayed with us said it was the most comfortable bed they had ever slept in! The kitchen has everything you need and having been on Mull when it was a little chilly, it was lovely and warm and cosy. A great place to stay in Salen which is in a brilliant position for wonderful walks, great coffee and cake in the local cafe. Highly recommended.
