Lovely comfortable apartment in a stunning location.

This is a lovely property with fantastic self catering facilities. All the rooms were extremely comfortable. The views are amazing from the rooms and the deck. Richard met us on arrival to go through everything and its obvious careful consideration has been put into what guests might need. Lots of the basics were supplied including coffee, tea, milk, bread, cereal, butter. We'd definitely love to return one day.

Brilliant location, lovely property & owners were super helpful & welcoming. Super clean too!

Tad on the expensive side as a couple especially, especially due to the limited options nearby. This is our only blocker for not coming again at the present time.

Stunning!

Of all the apartments and houses we have already booked, this was really the most stunning. A terras with a splendid view, a gigantic kitchen and living room, a separate washing room, two very comfortable bed- and bathrooms, all this in a very quiet surroundings with the hosts (a very friendly couple) living on the ground floor... incredible. By the way, don't forget to book in Café Fish on the pier, and the walk to the lighttower really is worth it.

Wonderful gem in Tobermory!

Richard’s apartment was absolutely perfect and the only downside is that it’ll set high expectations for all your accommodation that follows! It was very easy to access and we appreciated not having any stairs. The apartment itself was very comfortable and cozy and we would absolutely stay again should we find ourselves in Tobermory.

Richard and Anne have created one of the best appartments I have ever stayed in. The view is spectacular and the location perfect. What really stands out was the cleanliness and the layout of the apartment. It was incredibly comfortable and a perfect place to base yourself for a few days as you explore Mull. The apartment was well appointed with everything you could need and our hosts kindly left some basic essentials in the fridge. We needed an apartment that was accessible for someone with mobility issues and this was perfect.

Perfection!

Morvern was our favorite place to stay of the five we visited during our vacation! Over the top exceptional service, location and home. The views were absolutely incredible and the house was set up so nicely it was like being in your own home! Not only were we met in person and shown around, the owner left us a little stash of breakfast goodies for the next morning! It was wonderful. We were so sad we couldn't spend more time at this particular property.

We have had a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful stay at Morvern, the property was as advertised, friendly host, very clean, spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated, we were lucky with the weather and really enjoyed the balcony and outside setting with the bbq. The views are stunning, and the location is very peaceful, we enjoyed sitting out and listening to the birds while taking in the views. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms spacious and clean, and we very much enjoyed the little touches like fresh flowers and food and cleaning essentials provided. Would definitely stay at Morvern again.

A lovely place with all you need. Richard provided breakfast food, spices, and a bottle of wine.

The house and its location are without comparison. Richard, the owner, answered all of our many questions quickly and gave us a ride to the ferry landing to recover our car. It is the jewel of Tobermory.

Beautiful location, spacious and comfortable 2 bed apartment.

Large well furnished apartment with amazing views (really enjoyed waking up and soaking in that view from the comfort of my bed!). Very generous welcome pack. Felt at home. A bbq on the terrace overlooking the bay was a perfect way to enjoy a summers evening.

Communication between the host was excellent. He got in touch in advance of our journey to give us the heads up to book the ferry ⛴️ The location was excellent out of the town centre but near enough to walk even though the hill is steep! The terrace gave us magnificent views over Tobermory Harbour. The host had left breakfast items for us and we were able to go in earlier than planned. The property was very well appointed and attention to detail given. We traveled as two couples and we all agreed we could have stayed longer. Thank you fir a beautiful stop over at the end of our road trip around the NC500.

Only one small thing, the property is of the beaten track and a house name at the top of the lane would have been a big help.

Fabulous property with everything you need for a lovely stay.

The property gave us everything we expected and lots more as well. It was a lovely place to stay and relax with fabulous views over the harbour and the greater water. We stay in many properties up and down the UK and can say this this is the best equipped we have been to. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to our family and friends.

This is no criticism of the property but Tobermory is a hilly place and care needs to be taken walking to and from the front but parking is usually very easy.

this is not a complaint but we found both bedrooms extremely warm overnight, even with windows open, and we couldn’t find the source of heat…. maybe just sun? not a complaint just an observation

So brilliant, we didn't want to leave!

Having stayed in many self catering establishments we can honestly say....this is the best! It was spacious, beautifully furnished, fantastic welcome pack (food/wine/etc) and as for the stunning views - what can we say?

Views were brilliant but the price was....massive hill to climb up to get back to the accommodation. Would really benefit from a sign as property is located down a private lane.
