Kilfinichen Church, a beautifully converted church built in 1804, was purchased by it’s current owners in 1985 and lovingly restored to preserve as many original features as possible while maintaining the character and warmth of a well loved sanctuary. Highlights include a large open fire and expansive picture windows which frame stunning views over Kilfinichen Bay, Loch Scridain and the distant Ross of Mull. Nestled at the head of Kilfinichen Bay, the property has a large, fully enclosed garden with well tended lawns and bushes and direct access to the beach….perfect for exploring and for your four legged friends. The church is also in prime position for white tail eagle spotting and fishing on the loch.
Please note this property has a private water supply, at present the water is not drinkable and bottled water will be provided. In December 2025 a brand new particle filtration unit and an electrical Ultra Violet sterilisation system has been installed and they are just waiting for the retest of the water to eliminate the need for bottled water.
