Our stay at Trekking Homestay was truly exceptional from start to finish. John, his wife, and all their friends made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality and authentic kindness. The food at the on-site restaurant was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor—definitely a highlight of our trip. We also booked a guide directly through the homestay for a tour around Tetebatu, and the experience was seamless, insightful, and memorable. If you are traveling around Lombok and looking for great food, wonderful hosts, and authentic local experiences, look no further. A huge thank you to John and the entire team for such an amazing stay! Highly recommended!

So beautiful and peaceful! June was attentive and even checked in on me when I didn’t have dinner, haha! He took me on a tour of the 3 villages (weaving, pottery, bamboo craft); he made sure I had enough to eat and drink throughout. The price was very reasonable. My favourite thing to do was sit on the veranda during the sunrise. I had a scooter so getting around was very easy. The room was clean and comfortable with nice new bathroom fittings. I would stay again!

All good. The mosques are very loud but that’s part of Tetebatu/Lombok life I think. Just have some earbuds

Superbe homestay à Tetebatu ! Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et propose de nombreuses excursions ainsi qu’un service de chauffeur si besoin. Le warung sur place est très pratique et la nourriture est délicieuse. Le petit-déjeuner inclus est copieux et très bon. Les bungalows sont confortables, avec une bonne literie, et l’eau chaude est disponible dans les logements. Je recommande sans hésiter !
