I loved Tetebatu. We stayed for two nights but would liked to have stayed one more. The location is stunning. The people that work there go out of their way to make you have a great time. We did one of their tours and it was fabulous. We learnt so much about Indonesian culture and the everyday life of folk living in Tetebatu. The room is comfortable and feels authentic. This was an highlight of our stay in Lombok and Bali. Thank you guys!

I loved everything.

A delightful place to stay, set in rice paddies. Akh Ajidi and his team are lovely people. The hut accommodation was comfortable and clean, with the bonus of a lovely garden terrace with plenty of tables and chairs. Good food on offer here; just as well as Tetebatu village is a very quiet place with just a few shops and no warungs open (in May 2026). Well worth visiting authentic weaving and handicraft businesses locally.

if your are looking for place in the middle of nowhere and you are not a discerning traveler, it is a good place for you. There is a beautiful nature around.

the room is very simple and not so clean, but ok. No comfortable bad, no hot water. For the food in the restaurant we had to wait for 2 hours. Dont go there during the Ramadan, the place is in the middle of 3 mosques and they are playing and reading Koran from 2 a.m. till midnight very loudly. It’s not possible to sleep.
