Float uniquely on Liverpool Waterfront on our high end 8 berth Houseboat

Very spacious comfortable clean set up that worked well for family of 5. Lots of lovely touches like games to play. Great outdoor space. We only stayed one night but we would've liked to have stayed longer.

Few little maintenance bits needed.

What an amazing stay! The boat was so fantastic the location was amazing. I cannot fault anything. Stayed with my family and dog and we had a great time. It had everything and more for what we needed and it was nice being visited by a couple of swans in the early evening. We will be back

The uniqueness of the boat was great, the bed was comfortable, and the bathrooms fab. I liked the little touches that were added, like the crumpets/butter and little jams. There was toothpaste, face wipes and even toothbrushes supplied which is a great touch. I liked the little balcony from the bedroom, and the boat deck on top which was closer to the bar next door than what I thought.

I did request an early 2pm check in, and it was approved, however when I got there, there was maintenance getting done for the toilets, so we didnt get in till 3pm anyway! Luckily as it was a nice day, we sat on the deck. There was random bits of unused furniture in the rooms which made it look a bit untidy, the outside areas seems a like they needed a bit of TLC also. The patio door was cracked, and the TV was a bit of a nightmare to use at first. We were told we could get 10% at the bar next door, but the morning we left a friend tried to use it and the lady behind the bar was very rude to her and said that we shouldn't have been told that, and no discount was actioned, so that whole interaction annoyed my friend which is understandable. Not directly the properties fault but there is misinformation somewhere.
