Great location

Great location and staff was friendly. For the price I had expected a little more attention to details, like it was nice with a rooftop but would have been even better if it was cleaned. Also on the check in information breakfast was listed to be available from 7am but it turned out to be at 8am.

Had a basement room, the staff was kind to advise it was one of the most quiet room but I missed daylight and had preferred a room higher up since part of the reason I choose this hotel was to have a balcony.

A exceptional birthday vacation trip

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. From the beautiful mirrors to the spotless floors, every detail felt intentional and well thought out. The hot water was perfect (which matters!), the shower cap was a nice touch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the service was beyond amazing. You can truly tell they care about the guest experience. I will definitely be back!

When it came to anything I didn’t like, I genuinely can’t think of a single thing. Everything was perfect.

Not a 4 star property, a good 2.5 star hotel maybe a avg 3 star

The location was both good and bad. It is ideally located to walk but the building next door has a lot of dogs that bark throughout the night

We paid to have an early check in rate and still had to wait an hour past normal check in to get our rooms We found small shards of glass on our bed and in one of our drinking glasses Breakfast offers too few options, fine if you are here one night more than that and it is a waste The front door is always locked and if the front desk has gone for a wander you can't get in, the key reader supposedly has never worked

Great location young yet very attentive staff. It was a very good stay.

Perfectly located about two blocks La Reforma. Although a band was playing till 2 AM, you could not hear the music from the hotel. Love that the restaurant only serves breakfast keeps the internal noise low. The pool could’ve been warmed during the cold season to enjoy. However it was cold water.

I don’t think it’s 4 star…

The location is definitely a plus.

It’s close to a highway so it’s noisy however I can’t compare to other places it was bearable. It’s an extremely cold place, I came from Europe and I wished I had my thermo pyjama….no heating during cold months. I often showered and the steam from shower offset the fire alarm which was annoying.

Superb place to stay and sleep. No restaurant or bar, explore options like 500m away at Rio Tiber and you get good food

Location, concept and size of rooms. A great place to sleep, like luxury bed and breakfast just without decent breakfast.

Breakfast is a joke. Rudimentary American, nothing Mexican at all, a pretty sad environment with a rudimentary kitchen setup in a hall. Staff entered room at 4pm without even knocking, giving us a good scare.

The service. Very bad service, I had 3 situations: 1. We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 12-year old kid. When we arrived, the room had just 1 double bed. They changed the room for a 2 bed and at 11 pm they made us change to the original room (with 1 pregnant woman and 1 kid). They didn’t give an additional bed, they made the kid sleep on a sofa (very uncomfortable). No apologies or compensation were made for this. 2. We asked for extra blankets, and there were none. 3. Breakfast was too slow. Wait time of approx 30 min

Perfect stay in the city!

A very beautiful and clean hotel in a quiet and safe part of the city. The breakfast was ordered from a menu and very tasty. Other guests have described it as rather small, but I didn’t find that to be the case – you just had to mention in your order that you wanted several items. For example, I ordered the fruit bowl, the omelet, and the waffles, and received an excellent breakfast. The rooms are spaceous with a comfy bed. There was a sofa which is very relaxing and a little kitchen which is especially good to store stuff :) It‘s not needed though because there are a lot of nice restaurants and streetfood around. If you want the best views of the city and a nice experience we really recomend you the Ling Ling restaurant in walking distance! The staff was very friendly and nice. The whole hotel is very clean and beautiful. It is perfectly located between the Angel Indepenca and the Chapultepec park in a nice neighborhood.

The only thing we could complain is that we twice didn‘t get the water we wished for while breakfast, so we have nothing to complain about at all as you can see :) Drinking water was not refilled daily, that would have been awesome.

Cute hotel but not so friendly / welcoming staff.

The entry / sitting area was cute! The initial receptionist who checked us in - forgot her name, but her hair was two colors and super cute (!) - was super kind. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

The rest of the staff wasn’t particularly friendly or welcoming which wasn’t great. We felt like we were infringing on their time when we came down for breakfast. I just didn’t feel welcomed and wouldn’t return to be honest.

Nice and clean hotel but the included breakfast won’t fill you up for many hours.

Clean, new hotel. Big rooms, staff was overall nice. Rooftop is cute and nobody used it during our stay. We had the whole rooftop to ourselves. The fact that it’s a small hotel is great.

Only one hanger in bathroom for towels, breakfast is included but you can only have one thing (you choose between eggs+1 toast or 1 waffle or 1 toast with PB). When we asked if we could have eggs+waffle to share they said yes but ended giving us the eggs + 1/2 waffle each with no toast.

Good place for money

There is multiple things missing for good 4* hotel No food or drink options after breakfast. Not even vending machine. It's good that there are close by bars and restaurants. When asked about taxi to Airport, the front desk offered 1000 pesso option and told me that uber can't drop you off at the airport (Not true) Paid 200 pesos for uber who dropped me right at the entrance of airport

Definitely recommended.

For context, our stay was from July 5-8. Hotel is walking distance from Chapultepec bus station (Metrobus Line 7), which offered great connectivity. It’s relatively new so the building (and room) is modern and clean. Staff was super helpful. Terrace has a small plunge pool and lounge area with decent views of nearby skyscrapers. There’s a great cafe (Cafe Atelier) and bar (Berta) right in front of the hotel. Highly recommend!

Only one downside: the breakfast. Breakfast was included in our stay but comes with a catch. It’s not unlimited buffet style. There’s a short selection of items which you can only order once. Photo of the selection attached.

The staff was so helpful and friendly.

I loved everything about this place. I love the modern style, newness, cleanliness, friendly staff, good breakfast, and our rooms were cleaned daily,location and our room was on the rooftop which I liked. Across the street was a cute wine/food place called Berta.

The only thing was that when we buzzed to get into the hotel it sometimes took awhile before the door was opened. It wasn’t a big deal .

The whole front of house team of Danny, Rodo, Lolo, and Breakfast artist Erick were so lovely and helpful, plus their English language skills made our stay so easy.

Hermoso hotel, excelente ubicación.

Las instalaciones se ven muy nuevas y bien conservadas. La decoración es hermosa y armoniosa. El desayuno demasiado delicioso y la presentación excelente. Súper bien ubicado a 10 min caminando del bosque de Chapultepec, a unos 15 min del angel de la independencia, una oferta gastronómica increíble a los alrededores. Muy segura la zona

No pude acceder al check in temprano, no se especifica en el anuncio que tiene costo extra y que es sujeto a disponibilidad. El valor adicional corresponde a 2.583 pesos, que es el valor de la noche aproximadamente . Se me indicó por mensaje en día anterior que por ocupación no era posible acceder al check in temprano; y que sólo podía hacerlo a partir de las 3 pm; teniendo en cuenta que el check out es a las 12, considero se podía hacerlo el esfuerzo de entregar la habitación un poco más temprano. Sin embargo entendí la situación y nos ofrecieron el servicio de guardar el equipaje, por lo que salimos y regresamos a las 3 en punto, la persona que me atendió me indicó que debía esperar 15 min más a que llegara la persona que realiza esta labor. A los 8 min más o menos llegó la persona, a quien le indicaron que nosotros estábamos esperando, pero no se vio interés por nosotros como huéspedes, siguió saludando y charlando con sus compañeros y tal vez a los 5 min entregó mi habitación. El check out tarde pude acceder al beneficio sin costo. Una de las razones por las que tomé este alojamiento es por el servicio e que ofrecían de flexibilidad en el ingreso y salida.

Ik vond de iedereen erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Daarnaast was de locatie ook erg goed, met diverse plekjes voor koffie, gebak, boodschappen edm op (korte) wandelafstand. Op 10 minuten wandelen van goede restaurants, cafés, winkels en Chapultepec.

Ik vond dat de kamer wat vaker gekuist mocht worden.

Bien pero esperaba más

Las habitaciones están bonitas y cómodas.

El personal no estaba al tanto de que había solicitado early check in y se tardaron media hora en darme mi habitación. La terraza está bonita pero la alberca no está climatizada entonces ni piensen en usarla y a pesar de que cuentan con una barra, no hay nadie atendiendo, no hay ni a quien pedirle un café.

Para estancias prolongadas, estaría bien algo más de variación en el menú diario de desayuno para evitar monotonía.

Boa localização, indo de Uber, é próximo ao Museu Nacional de Antropologia, Soumaya e Shopping Antara Polanco. Perto do hotel, a menos de um quarteirão, também tem um mercado Oxxo, Starbucks, farmácia e restaurantes. Conta com uma equipe atenciosa e gentil. Além disso, embora o café da manhã seja servido em regime prato feito, são disponibilizadas ao hóspede várias opções e todas muito saborosas. O quarto é moderno e possui frigobar, microondas e outras comodidades. No geral, foi uma estadia muito boa.
