Location, curb appeal, bed quality, key lock access.
Noisy from major road nearby, very worn out furniture made of repurposed cabinets, no chair or closet in room, TV not working. Unfit for “luxury Db room”

The location in Las condesa was incredible, a lot of nice cafes at walking distance, the big alleys with a lot of trees were perfect to go for a run. The apartment was really nice and clean
It was a little bit noisy due to the window on the road

Great location, good price
Bathroom door was glazed and it had a window to the corridor so everytime someone would go by the corridor light turned on and then my bedroom lit up. Also the corridor had sensors to light up but they didn’t work well and I felt uncomfortable walking alone in the dark as a solo traveler.
