Loved our time at Leonora and in Cuidad de Mexico!

The property was lovely and Martha and her colleagues very courteous and helpful. The location is amazing - quiet neighborhood in Condesa but only minutes from a major Metro line. Communication thru WhatsApp was easy.

It was a bit cold on the rooftop for the continental breakfast. Maybe provide take away coffee cups to bring to the room?

We really enjoyed our stay at Leonora and found the Condesa location ideal, near Basque Chapultepec and within easy walk

Great location. Spacious apartment with 2 great bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an extra sleeping room for a 5th (or in our case 3rd) person. Lovely roof deck where we went for morning coffee. Helpful staff! We loved it.

Perfect four days in Mexico City.

Location was perfect for site seeing, shopping, dining, coffee and just taking in the neighborhood. The staff were courteous and helpful. Leonora was the perfect spot for our family of four to explore Mexico City. Our to bedroom apartment was well appointed including a fully equipped kitchen. We will definitely be back.

Condesa may be too quiet if you’re looking late nights bars and restaurants. It is a very safe neighborhood. No onsite breakfast or bar.

A perfect stay: beautiful apartment, great service, and ideal location in Condesa.

I loved the location, right in the heart of Condesa, close to great restaurants, cafes, and parks. The staff and 24/7 security were excellent. Everyone was very nice, professional, and responsive to our needs. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described.

High quality place with a strange pump noise

Easy to find and access. Helpful and friendly staff. High quality furnishings. Comfortable beds. Solid WiFi.

Loud water pump noise that could be heard in the bedrooms at all hours, requiring earplugs for me as I’m a light sleeper. And decent amount of sound echoes from the hallways which could use carpets or some better insulation/seal of the doors.

Overall, the property is very nice and well suited for groups.

The property is very clean, the staff were friendly. The unit we booked was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The AC was sufficient. We didn't use the kitchen much but it seemed well stocked. We noticed many families at the property, which we would agree - the accomodations are well suited for a family or two couples (such as in our case).

The couches/seating were stylish but were not very comfortable. Breakfast was more of coffee/tea, some whole fruits and one choice of pastry. I wasn't expecting too much but hoped for more. There is a fridge upstairs on the top floor - it would be a great improvement if some small yogurts, overnight oats or chia seed pudding could be made available along with some berries. The hours of the jacuzzi area is between 10am-6pm which were hours when we were away from the property. If you are on property during those hours and want to reserve the room, it's quite lovely. The location was not as central as I had hoped but nothing can be changed on that. Ubers were very inexpensive so we could get one quickly and get to places with more activity or a 20 minute walk got you to some cafes and other offerings.

Location: Within walking distance to many restaurants. Short car ride to most city attractions. Facilities: were modern, beautiful and kept very well maintained and clean. Staff: All of the staff were very courteous and eager to help. Special thanks to Monica!

Excellent service with a modern very comfortable apartment

The best aspect was Martha and the team. They were excellent and it is worth staying here just for them. The facilities were also very good and in a convenient safe location. We enjoyed the roof top, the spa and the convenience with the laundry for our several day stay.

We found the air freshener a bit too strong but the team quickly fixed that for us

Great location, Walmart express is 2-3 blocks away Because it’s not in the historic center where the traffic was quite heavy, Uber was easy to catch In a safe residential neighborhood My son felt safe walking back alone from a restaurant at night Complimentary complimentary breakfast on the third floor terrace lounge Two large complimentary bottles of water daily

Great place in Condesa

The hospitality was great. Victor greated us from the beginning and was very helpful. Martha was also very helpful when we needed anything during our stay. Paloma greeted us every morning with our breakfast needs. The housekeeping team was always flexible and did a great job maintaining our space clean and comfortable. The apartments are very roomy and well maintained. The location is central.

Much more and better than we anticipated!

It was lovely, luxurious, and spacious. The accommodations were fabulous, and the staff was extremely helpful, responsive, and gracious. We hadn’t expected breakfast, but it was served every morning on the rooftop! delightful!

Just one serious issue. The steps inside the entryway are dangerous. They begin too quickly inside the front door; the door actually opens in well over the top step. Also, there is no handrail, and the white steps are difficult to see. I think they need to seriously rethink the entry before someone takes a serious fall.

Outstanding modern apartment in La Condesa

The 2 bed apartment that we rented was exquisite. Incredibly well designed to make maximum use of the space (though it was big, I would estimate ~120 sqm), stylish contemporary decor, the rooms were all perfectly proportioned, spacious sheltered balcony, comfortable beds. Great roof-top garden for breakfast or BYO evening drinks. Small on-site gym in the basement and jacuzzi room on top floor. The neighbourhood is quiet by CDMX standards, but great range of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the metro is 3-4 bocks away. The entrance to Chapultepec Castle is only 10 min walk. The staff were very helpful for check-in, giving local tips and advice, and arranging airport taxis

No washing machine, but otherwise I couldn't find any fault. I will return as soon as I can. Wonderful
