Great location and friendly staff. Felt like a true living space rather than a typical hotel.
There is a rooftop area that we visited but didn't live up to the photos provided by the hotel.

Perfect location. Very secure and hosts always responsive. Very comfy beds and well -equipped kitchen.
Room cleaning was not up to scratch for the price. Bench tops weren't wiped and floors weren't cleaned. Also, and not really the property's fault but we were told we could have a late check-out, then they received a late booking however when we left we noted several empty rooms. We were offered the spa room which had a shower however it was a cold shower and there was no soap which pre-24 hour journey wasn't ideal. Also, our room was very dark and we had to have the living room and kitchen/hallway lights on during the day when we were there. I think this is not the case for all rooms however.

Location in Condesa was excellent, manned reception, apartment facilities were first rate, beds were comfortable, staff were very helpful, it was quiet, and pastries were available daily on the roof terrace.
Nothing, we were very happy with the arrangements.
