The bed was super comfortable, the terrace was amazing with the view, and also the location is really nice! Would definitely book it again! :)

Very nicely designed space and a great location, gets chilly at night.

Xolo is in a great location, just around the corner from tons of good restaurants, bars and cafes. The room we booked was large and very nicely designed. It was perfect for two people working remotely for a couple days, because the Wifi was good and there was plenty of space to work.

There was construction noise coming from the building starting around 8am every day that we were there. Hopefully the construction is completed soon, but we were not told about the noise and it woke us up each morning. Additionally, the room got pretty cold at night, and the concrete floors were very cold to walk on, which could be solved by adding a rug to the area where the bed is.

Perfect stay

I loved our place in Xolo. It was so comfy, spacious, and was in a perfect location for us. And the staff was amazing! We were getting ready for a wedding when the hair dryer broke while my wife was using it. I messaged the staff and they delivered a new one in about 10 minutes. Incredible service! I will definitely be staying there again next time I’m in town.

The perfect home base in Mexico City.

This property was an absolute dream! We loved having our own little apartment to come home to each day. It was the perfect size for our 7 day stay. Relaxing on the couch with the sounds of the city in the distance was the perfect way to wind down. We loved the location!

Great location. Good value for money. Not a lot of privacy and staff unavailable on Sundays.

Location was great. The apartment was really nice inside and surprisingly quiet.

The only problem was that the apartment, including the bedroom was facing towards another building and people could see the room. I had to keep the blinds down and curtains closed for privacy. The bed frame was also a problem as it was falling apart with no reason. Staff don’t answer messages on Sunday so be aware of that if you are arriving that day and have questions.

Good location and quiet room, but the lack of proper workspace was a real drawback.

Everything was perfect.The shower was excellent, the bed very comfortable, and the room was quiet — I really appreciated the silence, which made for a great night’s rest. Loved the TV

The room shown in the photos when I booked was not the room I stayed in — that is misleading and should be corrected. Also, it is very important to add a proper chair, desk, and lamp for working. I had no comfortable place to work and ended up with back pain after trying to use the sofa and small seats by the bed. Please address this — it would make a big difference.

Overall, really liked the place and the stay but disappointed I didn’t get my towel because I really needed it.

Really nice place and is kind of concealed in the neighborhood which I appreciated. The guards were very friendly and helpful and definitely were being vigilant about who was coming in and out of the building.

I asked for extra towels and never received them even though I was told they would be delivered.

Great location and comfortable stay

I had a wonderful stay. I’ve been to Mexico City a number of times, and I find the location perfect. It’s close to all the main attractions and restaurants, yet in a quiet and safe area. The place has all the necessities and a well-equipped kitchen. Although I didn’t cook, I can imagine it would be great for a long-term stay

We liked it but we would maybe not book the same apartment again

very good location the doorman Alfonso was very friendly nice room with good interior design, comfortable bed and Bathroom with great local soap etc., I really liked that

The toilet was not looking clean when we arrived. For five days we would have needed a refill from toilet paper and new garbage bags, I appreciate that nobody was coming in the room but really basic stuff like getting the garbage out and refilling basics like toilet paper should be included. The apartment we had was very noisy, you could hear everything from inside the building and also from the street.

Excellent location and comfort

I loved my stay at Xolo Stays, the space was so spacious, clean, and modern. I appreciated the clean water tap they provided and they thought of everything, from snacks to complimentary drinks to an extra blanket for snuggling on the couch. The plants outside were a lovely touch.

We really enjoyed our stay in Xolo CDMX. Francisco, who was in touch with us during the stay, was really friendly and attentive. We absolutely loved the neighborhood, it was just perfect vibrant location for the NYE’s celebration.

The room, though clean and nicely equipped, sadly felt slightly cold and humid, most of our clothes were damp. Also, the building is located close to a noisy road, might pose a problem to those with troubles sleeping.

Stayed at a Deluxe Queen room, I'd say it's ideal for 1 person, rather than 2, but besides that it's totally worth it.

Good

The best location and clean room. Hot shower, darkness room with cotton, quite silence area. The luggage room where is one second floor, it’s really useful.

I stayed for 3nights but there was just two tower. The wifi is sometimes not working. There was two battle of sparking waters but I couldn’t find a opener.

Little oasis in the heart of CDMX

The apt comes with a lush and beautiful balcony, like a little oasis in the heart of CDMX. I even saw hummingbirds visiting the balcony on several mornings! The interior design is sleek, and the kitchen is well-equipped. During my stay, it was quiet and feels safe. The building is centrally located in a safe area and it also has a doorman.

The apartment was nicely designed and the host very responsive.

I didn’t like that you are required to provide a lot of personal information online, on a third party website, before arriving at the apartment (photo of id, credit card number and signature). I would have been fine with doing that on arrival but doing that before seeing the apartment made me wonder whether I was being scammed. You only find out about that once you booked the apartment so your only other choice is to cancel your booking and lose the money you paid for the apartment.

A beautiful apartment in the heart of CDMX

The apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The area was vibrant with a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The only issue with the place is it is pretty loud. The windows are old and not soundproof. We were able to sleep, but there was a lot of noise from traffic. There was also a baby crying next door pretty often.
