I stayed when it was managed by Sonder. Lumina had done a much better job with responding to customers' needs. The

I stayed twice. The 2 bedroom in the front was much lighter and airier than the back 2 bedroom I stayed at. But both were very clean and comfortable.

Good location. Clean and modern. Security staff were friendly. Staff Responded to some additional requests. The rooftop was attractive but it closed too early.

The shower stall in the bathroom off one room has a metal rail for the doors to slide on .. I cut the bottom of my foot on it . That should be modified to protect guests from that

Very modern , great location

The only comment is that the welcome message did not include detailed parking process, and it was very stressful after long day of driving to figure out how and where to park. We unloaded all luggage on the street but then realized that the guard was supposed to open to garage door and let us park, no signs outside how to proceed. Once that was resolved , the rest of experience was very pleasant

Lovely modern and spacious. Location is ok

The facilities were great, lots of detail put into the place eg white noise machine and earplugs, lotion, full kitchen supplies, etc. and attentive concierge. The room was huge and spacious for us 2. There was filtered water and a full heating/AC unit which was a first but very appreciated. Hotel was very modern and new.

The shower takes a while to warm up. The mattress is a bit hard. The location is good if you want to sightsee but a bit far from nicer neighbourhoods and restaurants. Also, the layout of the hotel is so you can see into other rooms and vice versa if you don’t close your blinds which is a bit strange.

great location - spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds and everything that we needed was provided in the apartment. it was also very quiet for a busy area. easy to use washing machine and dryer downstairs in the communal area which was always available when we needed it. some great cafe's really close by and Reforma, bars and restaurants a few minutes walk away only.

the only thing i can say that i didn't love, which is probably normal for apartment living, is that you are looking into another apartment only a small distance away from the living area so we kept the blinds partially drawn while we were there. but we weren't there much so it wasn't a problem. the bedrooms had a more private view.

We booked this stay for our wedding weekend and we LOVED it. 24/7 security guard who were very nice and willing to assist with anything. I’m a hot sleeper and our 2 bedroom stay had running AC so our whole apartment was very cool. The beds, the kitchen, and the bathrooms were all up to date and spotless. The apartment overall is beautiful. We enjoyed it so much we would consider living in them. There were cafes, restaurants, bars etc all down the street. I highly recommend Urban Reforma for anybody visiting CDMX.

The apartment was huge and newly built but on first floor with very little natural light. Shower already has mould. I kept bumping into the kitchen hood, which was shaky. I think other flats with more light are probably good but was not possible to change. There are much better apartment hotels in CDMX.

Nice appartments, great location

The appartments are fairly new, location is great near the Angel de la Independencia and the staff is friendly and communication was easy.

There is no AC as Booking is stating in the description. It was pretty hot at night, and the fans were noisy. A guest in the appartment above ours hosted a party one night, noise was so loud at 3 am that we couldn’t sleep.

mixed feelings…

safe / quiet/ good location for exploring the city / well equipped kitchen/ lots of closet space and living area. there is a water filter in kitchen for potable water. AC and fan. elevator. laundry facilities free to use!

The cleaning prior to my arrival was only halfway… rug in living area was never vacuumed. I found large dried pieces of food (?) on carpet when i got down to do my yoga. I communicated with them about this. they were very responsive and very willing to take care of the issue. 😊 because I stayed over 6 days a “refresh” is included. I expected based on their communication that they would be sure to vacuum! IT NEVER GOT VACUUMED! I say this based on finding more large dried pieces of food (?) and a large dust hairball on living room floor when I once again put a towel down to do my yoga……GAHHHHH

Location quite modern building

The curtains! The apartment in the first floor has translucent curtains. It looks like its missing a second curtain for privacy. When you turn the lights, it feels like you in a fish bowl. I imagined the upper floor are the same but, at least you are not by the sidewalk at the mercy of the passerdby. The bedrooms are tight, definitly for a short stay. The best part. The building is modern, with 24 hrs security and parking. Great location lots of restaurants convinient stores around. I will consider stay there again, not in the first floor.

Clean with a great location

They gave us 4 coffee pods for 3 people and said we’d have to go to a grocery to buy more, if we wanted coffee in the morning. We were there for 4 nights and there were no grocery stores around . The pods were for a Nepresso and expensive. After I made a comment, they showed up as we were checking out with a few pods.

Perfecte verblijf voor zowel korte als langere termijn

De locatie is heel centraal gelegen, en vlakbij Reforma. Hierdoor was dit een absolute plus. Daarnaast is het goed om te vermelden dat de ruimte erg ruim is, met aparte ruimtes voor het bed, inloopkast en 2 wc's waarvan 1 in de badkamer is. Superfijn om hier te verblijven voor een langer verblijf (>2 weken). De overige voorzieningen zijn ook top, waaronder de wasmachine en droger, de vriendelijkheid van de bewaking en het dakterras.
