Definitely a good place to stay if visiting the city

Excellent location. Very close to the park and museum of anthropology/modern art gallery. Relatively small cost for an Uber to the Zocalo. Ease of access with door code. Staff were lovely. The room was inspected every day/bed made/towels renewed. We were able to leave our cases at reception after check out.

No soap or toilet paper on the first day but we borrowed some from our son in another room. After that it was renewed

It was well located and the furniture was modern and clean. We missed a closet, though.

The instructions to enter the room were sent rather late (same day, a few hours before the check in). As above-mentioned, a closet was missing. No much storing space

Never again, not recommending this place at all

Nothing really, I was expecting something better

The front door man, watchmen, both of them was very unpleasant. One day one of them was snoring 😴 he didn’t notice that we were coming in, what can of security is that. No 24 hours reception, they said from 9am but they are never on time. No clean towels ( not every day) but when we left it on the floor the cleaner didn’t change it, the same for the kitchen towel. They never change our bedding, we stayed for a week. As company in our room we have cockroaches. Very noice guest but no way to complain about it, no one at the reception.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn’t work properly one day, and there was also a problem with the shower which prevented me from using it that day. However, aside from these small inconveniences, everything else was wonderful — the place was clean, in a great location, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful!

Great value comfortable studio with all you need

Great location, very confiable bed and little kitchenette too. Shower was great too and not. Post being on the 6th floor. Smart TV was great and air con.

EXCELLENT LOCATION!!!

The property is in a very privileged area, restaurants, bars, shops and more. The Venezuelan embassy is approximately an 8-minute walk away and the DHL (if you are going to do any Venezuelan passport process) is below the building, very convenient too. The girls at the reception are very friendly and make sure that everything is fine. The property is a very short drive to most tourist attractions (Uber works very well) If I return to Mexico, I would stay here again.

the room and reception area itself are great! good airconditioning and a nice location with a lot of nice restaurants on walking distance.

there is a overall area which you need to go through, this looks a little weird as it is quite old here.

Street noise and crawling bug on bed. Bed and Pillows were not high standard. Split level floor, very dangerous. No Key for Room Door, Entry is by combination only. No way to secure door from inside. No “Do Not Disturb” door hanger. This “Hotel” only has 10 Rooms. Also Combination Lock to get access to your room.

I would not stay there again. Again I am talking about room number 6.

It was clean and bed comfortable and location was great.

There was no mattress pad on the bed, only a flat sheet that came loose when I turned down bed. The room was hot and the old air conditioner was loud and made horrible noises and did not cool down the room until I left it on all day. There was only a tiny window for air. The tv was enormous for the size of the room with only a tiny unit with shelves for clothes. The bathroom vanity light was not bright enough for putting on make up. And the hallway was dark. This was room number 6.

there were ants in the room (specially in the bed, and the ones that bite). noisy outside (from the streets) and inside (from the hall) at night. there is no closet to hang your clothes. the WC was licking from the bottom. the sheets kept coming out if the bed.

Had a very comfortable stay at PH Masaryk 17

very clean spacious room, building in a nice area, coffee shops, restaurants in close proximity. the bed was huge, room has everything you’d need. also very clean. the hotel is actually just one floor inside a 6 story building, has a cool terrace with a gorgeous view, but sadly doesn’t have a place to sit.

there’s a night club across the street, so it’s loud until pretty late at night, but closing the window helped a lot. it feels like the hotel is very new, so it makes sense that some things are still missing, For example, the room had no iron, which I rarely use, but this time it’d been nice to have it. Another thing is that there is no closet space to hang anything, and also the bathroom was missing the hooks, so even finding a place to hang a towel was a bit tricky. But of course it’s not a big deal and I’d for sure still recommend staying here.
