We came to Kuta for a few days of relaxation and ended up staying at Masaya Retreat. As a couple, we loved the rooms and the fact that the Wi-Fi is consistent (great if you need to catch up on anything).

The resort is genuinely comfortable with the attention to detail in the bungalows. I have to highlight staff for being incredible and making sure everything was perfect. Coming back for sure.

We’ve stayed at a lot of places together, but Masaya stands out because of the incredible staff. They are absolute gems! Combined with the huge, well maintained rooms, we ended up loving our stay.

It was a good location for everything that we were after
There was no fridge in the rooms or the property that we could use. The water pipes in the room were noisy and kept us awake all night and the staff were less then helpful when it was brought to their attention
