The big room and bathroom, clean and daily room service. The staff , very nice happy bunch of guys, The boss ! Services and facilities, all good, Hotel scooter rental , hotel arranged taxi to airport , pools and chairs , simple but good breakfast, big water jug to refill water bottles to reduce plastic, easy walk to city services( local warungs and tourist district ) . All good, hope to book again... one day !

I'd prefer to have the scooters parked in the parking area and not in front of the villas. Nice convenience, but scooters and cars on the walkway and buzzing by your door and pool can be a distraction and bummer when enjoying the beautiful grounds and pool. Seperate beach/pool towels pls ? Pretty new place, so I would like to challenge the owner to now keep it all maintained... please Boss , you have an awesome place, keep it that way please, Boss !!

Such a wonderful stay! The rooms are huge, clean, and beautiful. My favorite part was the private patio, which was perfect for morning meditation and journaling. The property is tucked away from the busy main street so it’s incredibly quiet, but still only a 3-5 minute drive from everything in Kuta. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. A perfect little retreat! PS. You do need a moto to get around. There is no grab or gojeks in Kuta but the property has scooters available to rent!

The internet wasn't amazing - as I was working remotely, so I used my unlimited data roaming eSIM most of the time, which worked great.

The owner is very rude The bathrooms are not very nice The Wifi frequently didn't work The kitchen was often not running Rooms don't fully seal, often bugs in them For the price you could stay somewhere much nicer
