Great location and affordable, but parking and entry was a challenge

Excellent location, quaint property, has a good shower, blackout blinds, and TV. Also very affordable.

- Parking is not included, despite the advert stating it was. I had to search for street parking which was inconvenient as parking in a city can be stressful. - Wasted 30 minutes trying to obtain keys and the landlord wouldn't pick up my call, but eventually sent an email with the door code on (the code on booking.com is for something else, so that caused confusion). The landlord gives you a pin code for a key box after you pay a deposit, but the instruction email for this was in french, so I missed it. Suggestion is to add English translation to the email so it's not mistaken for general booking.com spam. - Pillows and the headboard were a weird arrangement making it uncomfortable, but the bed was good. - Ceiling is thin and front door has a gap, so noise from other apartments travels easily.

Dirty, grimey. Avoid!!!

The property was dirty and not made up. Dirty sheets, dirty room, wet towels, urine under the toilet seat, and used coffee cups. Plants were dead too. Escalates to owner who referred us back to bookings.com for a refund signing off with ‘good luck’ then not contactable. Poor at best. Bookings also have been poor here too.

Adequate

Fine as a stopover accommodation. It's adequate, but nothing fancy.

The walls are thin and the neighbors were very noisy throughout the night. There was also some confusion about a missing key. There's only one key to the front entrance and someone had taken it. This was a little inconvenient because the host contacted us about it when we were trying to catch an early night. Nothing too serious though, these things happen.

Emplacement correct, arrivée autonome, propreté

ATTENTION : le propriétaire refuse de faire des factures !!!! De plus le logement n'a de confort que le nom : le chauffage était éteint (14 degrés dans la chambre à mon arrivée), la couverture est pour l'été, donc pour dormir avec le froid, compliqué ! Isolation thermique et phonique catastrophique ( espace de plusieurs cm sous la porte d'entrée), pas de rideaux aux fenêtres donc obligé de fermer les volets pour prendre sa douche. La literie n'est pas vraiment confort, je repars avec un torticolis...

Déception à l’oasis

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement et le prix.

Bonjour, Nous n’avons pas apprécié que le propriétaire ne nous réponde pas au téléphone ni au mail. J’ai donc appelé Booking.com. Nous sommes arrivés sur place sans avoir reçu le code d’accès. Nous avons même cru pendant un moment à une arnaque. Surtout c’était la première fois qu’on nous demandait de cliquer sur un lien pour une empreinte bancaire pour une caution de 300€. Vers 16h15 on a reçu le code.Ouf!... Dans la chambre aucun porte manteau. Une seule chaise pour 2. Le miroir au dessus du lavabo trop petit et positionné trop bas. Genre de miroir déco. Le top du top c’est l’abattant des toilettes qui était desserré, il bougeait beaucoup de droite à gauche. Nous avons pris une vidéo. De plus nous avons eu des voisins sans gêne. Des discussions et musique trop forte jusqu'à minuit trente. Donc mauvaise isolation et insonorisation. Nous ne reviendrons pas et ne conseillerons pas cet établissement.

Déçu

Le décor était jolie et l’emplacement était proche du beffroi

La douche était bouchée, la machine à café ne marchait pas, c’était une nepresso je trouve ça dommage de proposer du café soluble, le wifi indiqué n’était pas le bon, j’ai retrouvé un filtre à cigarette utilisé sur le tapis, la bouilloire avait beaucoup de calcaire, il y avait aussi un coton tige utilisé sur le rebord de la fenêtre, la télé n’était pas raccordé au wifi donc ça ne marchait pas j’ai du la connecter, la fenêtre de la salle de bain était bloquée j’ai dû forcer pour l’ouvrir

L'appartement est très charmant, et la décoration est faite avec gout. Très bien placé.

J'ai trouvé propriétaire vraiment désagréable. Une caution est demandée et est retenue une semaine. L'immeuble dans lequel est situé la location est vétuste. L'experience utilisateur du processus de reservation est déplorable.

Très bonne expérience de séjour. A conseiller sans aucune hésitation et même avec plaisir.

Literie très confortable (bonne qualité de housse de couette. Mise a disposition d'un petit réfrigérateur tout a fait fonctionnel et bien pratique. Salle de bain d'une parfaite propreté. Et des hôtes à l'écoute, bienveillants et sérieux. MERCI !

RAS. Juste une chose... Un petit micro-ondes approcherait de la perfection du studio.

Zeer leuke kamer voor een goede prijs.

Leuke ruime kamer met ideale ligging tot het centrum. Gratis parkeerplaatsen voor de deur. Senseo koffie op de kamer is inbegrepen. Zeker waar voor je geld. Heerlijke douche en fris beddegoed.

Bed maakte een krakend geluid bij elke beweging, huis is door houten vloeren en oudheid wat gehoriger . Miste bestek op de kamer en afwas middelen. Dit omdat on het regelement dat de vaat weer schoon moet zijn bij vertrek.
