Good location, and the place has everything you need for a short stay.
It wasn't cleaned yet when I got there at the agreed upon check-in time. Rubbish made the place smell really bad. I called the property and they were very apologetic and ensured me the cleaners were on the way and would call me as soon as the place was ready.
Someone was going up and down the stairs and slamming the doors so hard the walls shook. This happened many times.
The bed was creaky and worn.

Location was excellent and facilities just what I wanted. It was good to be able to prepare food, unlike a hotel (although no freezer- not a problem for me).
Parking was not as easy as described. Local streets are for permit holders only. Sandwell Road was best spot for parking, although 500m (7 min) walk. Brookvale Road may have been possible and a bit nearer.
My stay was for two weeks but nobody contacted me about changing bedding or towels.
Wifi was ok unless someone else was making heavy use of it.

The location…..though there was no car parking nearby.
It was very dark and poorly lit when we arrived. Scrambling to find an email with an access code! Luckily other guests let us in. Scruffy entrance, students hall vibe. The room itself was ok. Bedding could do with renewing. Also, sleep was very interrupted by slamming doors. And though it seems a little picky…..not enough tea, coffee or sugar provided.

All facilities to use, microwave, hairdryer, toaster, kettle, Netflix, control of radiator. Free standing mirror. Spacious room overall!
Something minor raised with the owner that is getting resolved, communication 10/10.
Free standing mirror could possibly be attached to the back of the main door, rather than free standing.

It was nice to have my own bathroom in the room.
The cleanliness was questionable and there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and it smelled of mold in the hallways. Luckily it did not smell of mold in the room.

The room was decent.

Lovely room, comfortable bed, nice kitchenette space.
Toilet had a bad small coming from it.

It was comfortable and in good location. Also close to local garage where I was able to get shopping.
Being told I would have to pay deposit of £100 for the keys which I didn't see in booking.com when I booked the accommodation. However the payment didn't go through and the host sent me an email telling me have the key codes anyway. Thank you host.

The assistance I received from the telephone contact and the personel I spoke to was very timely and good.
The apartment was very clean. The bed was comfy and ample pillows provided. The shower was easy to use.
While I was in Stratford the weather was unseasonably cold (mid September) and the provision of adequate heating was appreciated.
Plenty of cupboard space and hangers for my stuff.
The property felt secure and well taken care of.
Its worth knowing the property’s door has the number on it.
The access, once I had figured it out, which was my bad, was ok, the lock box was a bit fiddly but that was probably just me.
Light switch positioning was a bit awkward for reading before sleeping so a light over or a switch near would help.
My room was upstairs which I hadn’t realised but the stairs has handrails and it was only one flight.

Close to town centre.
This place reeks of mould. Don’t go there if you’re sensitive to this smell like me. They try to mask it with air freshener so you wouldn’t feel it at first, but at night I couldn’t sleep because of the strong smell, despite opening the window.
There’s no sink in the toilet, and they don’t offer any shampoos or toiletries.
There’s worst part is trying/ struggling to get in. They don’t send instructions on time and I had to call and wait outside till someone answered, extremely confusing why this isn’t sent in advance especially that booking.com gives you a pin which you’d think would work, then only to find out that you have to beg for it and make calls to reach your room.
I personally wouldn’t stay there again, it’s not even cheap.

The location is fine. The communication with the host was fine.
The matress should be changed. The window of the room can't be opened.
5.0 / 10.0
Cheap and functional room with good facilities that's only a short walk from town.
The bed was fairly uncomfortable, the mattress offered little support and the pillows were flat. A bigger or second pillow would make a big difference.

There was a little kitchen, with a fridge and a table, so I could write. The fridge wasn't too loud.
The mattrass was much to soft, almost like a hammock. So pain in my neck and back as a result.

The room itself is a decent size with a comfortable bed. Location not far from the centre of Stratford. Plenty of good things to do - the guided walk was excellent, enjoyable Shakespeare tour, entertaining - feeding water birds, lovely butterfly centre, good walk round the Clopton Nature reserve. Superb trip to Warwick Castle and the best ever raptor display there.
We couldn't get into the property as the information on the key box had not been sent to me before I left home (to go elsewhere before Stratford. The phone number we were given didn't work so we couldn't get in until the next day when we could phone the office, and the lock-box wasn't working properly so we had to be told how to use it.
There was no wash basin and the toilet and shower were so minimal in size you couldn't sit down on the toilet without the shower door open! Don't go there if you are overweight! There was no hob and no food preparation items (chopping board and knife or breadboard and knife) only a microwave for ready made stuff so we couldn't make our own meals.
Noisy road.

Location and ease of access. Cute style and all the amenities required for a short stay.
For a short stay it was great but there was slight mould on shower grouting and towel hook was loose in bathroom.

Such a fab location. The team were so gracious and kind when booking. Perfect size room. Clean and welcoming. Felt safe. Plenty of cutlery, plates etc. Just gorgeous. We will definitely be coming again. Window opens fully for lovely blast of fresh air.
Only one thing, the main front door kept being locked by other residents and it was very difficult to unlock. As a fire door, the ability to lock from inside should maybe be removed.

It was cheap.
Everything was cheap. First night we were rare, second night we were medium rare and by the third night we were well done. Very hot and no aircon. On a busy road so if you open the window to get a slight breeze you get blasted with road noise. No handbasin and tiny tinny shower. This place was so uncomfortable I can’t unrecommend it enough.

Short walk from the centre of town.
Slightly slow to get entrance information (I was a last minute booking admittedly)
7.0 / 10.0
Close enough to walk to riverside or old town.
Studio was fine for couple of days
Steep stairs upto the studio
Loudness of others
Only cooking amenities is a microwave, toaster and kettle. A two plate hob would be useful.

The bestest location to stay to visit Stratford-upon-Avon. I have never seen such grand use of space with everything from kitchenette, wardrobe, en-suite shower room/loo, ironing board/iron table and chair. It also boasts the most comfy bed than most 4-stars hotels. Room super clean, nice, quiet. Just brilliant.
3.0 / 10.0
- location (10-15 minute walk into town)
- pleasant, calm decor in grey and white
- kitchenette (we only used the kettle but a fridge, microwave and toaster are nice to have in principle)
- tea bags, soluble coffee and milk sachets were provided
- good WIFI
- the noise-reducing window kept the din of Evesham Road down to an acceptable level (it's a main through road with heavy traffic from about 6:30 a.m. until late evening)
- mattress felt well used but was comfortable
The house is an end-of-terrace that has been converted into five small self-contained units. Advance communication with the property and access were easy. The room was small but sufficient for our needs, we only wanted a place to sleep.
- The bedding wasn't clean – either badly laundered or not changed at all from the previous guest(s). When we folded back the blanket, we were very unpleasantly surprised to find the sheets looking decidedly crumpled instead of showing the straight folds one usually sees when clean sheets and pillow cases have been put on a bed. There was hair, dark fluff and what looked like eyelashes on the sheets and pillows and brown stains on the duvet cover (spilt tea or coffee?).
- mould on the window seals
- furred up extractor fan in the bathroom
- the vinyl/PVC flooring in the bathroom and kitchenette area was sticky
- no hand basin in the bathroom, so all washing of hands, brushing of teeth etc. had to be done over the kitchen sink
- only one chair and no table; there was a folding "table" mounted low on the wall directly next to the bed, behind the nightstand, one would have had to move the latter out of the way to try and fold out the "table" but it would have been difficult to use as it's immediately adjacent to the bed so no room to even sit on the bed and it's too low to be used with the single folding chair provided (and it would have blocked the door)

The front door key was missing occasionally, I had to knock on the door of other guests.
