Great location

Good contact with host, and the milk in the fridge was a nice touch

The bed was a little hard, but that is down to my preference. The bathroom is very small so nowhere really to put toiletries and cleaning your teeth in the over cistern sink was interesting.

Nice place for a weekend in Stratford-upon-Avon.

The room was a good size, very clean and very well equipped with a microwave and all the necessary items to make breakfast or heat soup up. It was nice and quiet as set back from the road. Good communication with the owner and easy access. Very close to station..5-7 mins , not far from Anne Hathaways cottage 10-15 mins and a short walk to town centre ..15 mins. Was great for a 2 night stay. The outside seating area would be lovely in the summer .

It's not a big problem, but good to know. The shower room is quite tight , although the best use has been made of the space , like the little sink attached to the top of the toilet cistern -very clever. This does mean that the 'kitchen' sink in the main room has to be used for shaving and doing teeth.

great property, good location would recommend

Lovely room, well set out with almost anything you could possibly need. Honesty fridge was a great touch and didn't charge ridiculous prices. Instructions to get into the property were very clear and the host double checked that we had all the information we needed.

Parking was a little tight. We were fine but may be difficult if you have a large car or not so confident.

Perfect place for a 1 or night stay over in Stratford upon Avon

Everything you could need for 1 or 2 nights stay was there inside the property. Sitting out area in the garden was blissful.

Tiny sink over the toilet. Too small, when compared to the big sink in the living area.

Brilliant, comfortable, easily accessible wee place to stay within easy reach of the centre of town.

Mark is an excellent communicator and responded very quickly to any queries. His instructions for entry were very clear and in the room, these were very comprehensive without being overbearing. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed. Everywhere was exceptionally clear throughout. It was in an excellent location and everything was very well managed.

Lovely home from home. Handy little fridge and microwave in the room with an honesty fridge in communal area. Beautiful, stunning, peaceful garden full of gorgeous flowers. So relaxing! Parking. Close to main attractions. Friendly hosts. Clean and tidy. Handy hints and suggestions in guest book. Easy accessible check-in and out.

The most accommodating place I have ever stayed, spotlessly clean, comfortable , great location everything we could want and more , the walkthrough is fantastic and the courtyard is so pretty, we rarely spend time in the accommodation as a rule , but we made sure we did yesterday because it’s too nice not too appreciate, The pictures really don’t do the place justice .

Lovely Room - Fantastic Location

Lovely room. Absolutely spotless and modern. Owners provided tea and coffee facilities. Bed was comfortable. Location superb a short walk to Stratford upon Avon town centre. Parking provided as well. Best feature was a lovely courtyard where we sat in the evening (the weather was gorgeous) and enjoyed a relaxing glass of wine looking at the beautiful tubs of flowers. Will definitely return.

Prettig, rustig, mooie tuin. Lekker stil. Niet groot maar heel compleet. Zeer schoon. Goed bed.

Badkamer is wat aan de kleine kant maar alles is aanwezig.
