Compact yet full of everything you’d need!

Comfy home which is compact yet full of everything you’d need whilst in a home away from home. Great hosts that check up to make sure everything is okay during your visit. Easy on street parking with close access to property. Lovely pint of milk in the fridge for a cup of tea upon arrival. Plenty of options for JustEats or Deliveroo. Hosts have put together an instructions manual of the place + local places within walking distance that you could visit - nice little touch!

Right next door to the road so you are able to hear cars occasionally pass, limited hot water if more than one person needs a shower - make it short and sweet or you’ll be in for a nice surprise!

Excellent

Lovely place warm, cosy and modern has everything you need for a stay for 2. Exceptionally clean. Parking easy and EV chargers on the pub across the road so very handy for ev drivers. Pub also really good, nice food and atmosphere. Great location for walking to races and not too far from town.

The mattress was very soft and worn it could do with an update.

Location is ideal you can walk to city centre in 15min. The owner attention to detail, we had croissants, milk and coffee for our breakfast so after a long drive we didn't bother with getting breakfast for the next day.

Quiet and clean studio room with very comfortable bed.

The property had a lovely calm atmosphere, and the natural light was wonderful. The bed was extremely comfortable and plenty of towels were available. The hosts very kindly left croissants and jam which was a lovely touch, and they also contacted us to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Very attentive - thank you.

The lack of parking is unfortunate, but we had no problems finding a space close to the property.

Lovely host and property but noisy busy location.

The snug was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It had a nice bright feel to it and the bathroom was lovely. There was a particular attention to detail with everything you needed.

We didn’t like the busy road which was close to the property. You stepped out of the front door onto the path next to the road with heavy traffic. It was noisy until late at night.
