It was all very good, location just a 10 minute walk away from centre of the town, property was clean and well furnished everything you needed was supplied. It was very comfortable and cosy.

Excellent location and a high standard of accommodation

A great set up with shared kitchen amongst the three guests rooms, plus smaller kitchen area in each room. The room itself was adequately spacious, although the bathroom was a little cosy. It had all the facilities you'd need and was very well decorated. The room was very clean and the hosts were attentive while still being respectful of our privacy.

The mattress was a little hard for our liking, but each to their own. The bathroom was a bit small

A hidden gem of a stay

Its really is a little hidden gem it had a beautiful little garden that you can sit in. The room had all the things you needed fan, hair dryer. An ironing board and iron as well as a washing machine for you to use in the main house. A lovely little fridge in the room, fan little table and chairs plus tea and coffee facilities. The hosts were brilliant nothing was to much trouble. Brilliant Contact at all times.

Friendly, great value for money, clean, comfortable, and in a great location!

Great location, a short walk from town centre and from the train station. Host (Mark) was super-lovely and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches like biscuits, tea, coffee, milk. I also liked the 'honesty fridge' which was great for grabbing a quick drink / snack when coming home late at night. The garden was lovely as well to sit out in on an evening. When I come back to Stratford, I'm definitely staying here again!

Spot on

Spotless, 10 mins to supermarket, 15 mins to centre of town. Everything you could need for a few days stay .including use of washing machine and dryer. And a beautiful courtyard that you can sit in on a nice day

The WiFi didn’t work at all.. there was a folder telling us the WiFi and pass code but it didn’t come up on our phones to choose that WiFi, wasn’t just me it was my daughters phone as well. Mattress quite hard.

Perfect for our needs

Very comfortable room which had been well thought through. The courtyard garden was lovely and peaceful despite being on a very convenient road in to Stratford. Location was excellent.

Wow, easy to find, a secret hideaway once you go through to your rooms which are at the back beautiful courtyard, everything you need, towels, shampoo, tea coffee.
