Kailzie consists of a studio-style living space with a king-size bed (zip/link can be twin on request), a woodburning stove, small fridge and a kettle. There is a communal kitchen as well as a communal shower block with walk-in showers, basins and WCs. Outside, there is a front garden with a gravelled area and picnic bench. Sorry, no pets and no smoking at this property. Guests can find a shop within 2 miles and a pub within 0.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power are all included in the rent. Located in an area boasting lower than average rainfall, clean air and bright sunshine, visitors flock to Peebles throughout the year to enjoy a variety of events which include art festivals, highland games and the renowned Beltane Week.
