This 1,100 sq. ft. retreat comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with its thoughtfully designed layout.
The home features a unique split floor plan, providing privacy and comfort for all. The main living spaces, including the living room, dining area, and kitchen, are situated in the left cabin, while the right cabin houses a second bedroom and bathroom, perfect for families or groups seeking separate spaces.
Living Room: Step into the inviting living room, designed for relaxation and comfort. It boasts a plush sectional queen sleeper sofa, a 52” Smart TV, and a charming cast iron fireplace adding a cozy touch. French doors open onto a wrap-around patio, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.
Kitchen: The fully upgraded kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring all appliances. It's fully stocked with cookware and utensils, making meal preparation a breeze. An island with seating for three offers a casual dining spot.
Dining Area: Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a table with seating for 4. It's the perfect spot for enjoying home-cooked meals together and making lasting memories.

Master Bedroom (Main Cabin): This tranquil retreat includes a queen bed and a 52” Smart TV for your entertainment. The en-suite bathroom features a spacious shower.
Bedroom 2 (Cabin 2): Ideal for families or friends, this room offers two comfortable queen beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, ensuring everyone has their own space.
Outdoor Area: The expansive wrap-around patio provides ample space for outdoor enjoyment. Relax on the comfortable seating while taking in the panoramic views of the surrounding hills. The propane BBQ grill is perfect for outdoor meals, and the fire pit offers a cozy setting for stargazing and unwinding after a day of exploration. Excellent stay but the dryer leaked grease on many of our pieces of clothing.

Couldn't of been happier. Quiet, secluded,scenery on property. Close to area sites, towns and stores etc. Only downfall would be a bit dangerous for little ones, due to dried up stream bed with a slight cliff. Great for older kids to go explo oldertexplore.

This house was great for our family and near so many fun things to do in the Hill Country. The house is located on a beautiful and quiet property that allowed us to relax day after day.
