Our recently-restored upscale farmhouse is located in a charming neighborhood near the Pedernales River and features luxury sheets, 3-inch memory foam mattress toppers, high-speed Wifi, central heat/AC, and a smart TV. The farmhouse kitchen is stocked with utensils, a Ninja blender, slow-cooker, and 12-person coffee pot (and much more). Outdoor seating surrounds a hot tub and fire pit, encouraging making mouth-watering s'mores and unforgettable memories. Fredericksburg is a quick car ride away. The Pedernales River is a 1/4 mile walk down the street. It is recommended that guests bring a vehicle with them so they can get out and explore the surrounding area. There are also several ride-shares in the area, but make sure to book ahead!
