This beautiful large 1/1 home is a part of bigger Boutique B&B style called Stonewall Bungalows.
Newly renovated charming house, is ideal for a couple or small family. Large bedroom and private outdoor space. Quiet, serene mid-century modern farmhouse vibe, allows you to be swept into another era and a true feeling of Texas farm country.
Located in the heart of the Texas Wine Trail, and only 15 min to Fredericksburg / Johnson City and minutes away from signature wineries & vineyards.
The Space:
The house consists 1 large bedroom (king-size bed) and a bathroom. Fully functional kitchen, lovely dining area, and living room with a brand new large sectional with a queen memory foam pull out comfortable for 2.
Enjoy the sweet indoor / outdoor space to rejuvenate after long adventurous days in the area.
Each room has been thoughtfully and carefully renovated with every detail to help you feel swept into a whole new world. Pour a glass of wine, eat some snacks, cook a meal, watch a movie or just enjoy the quiet with no disturbance.
The front driveway will be able to have two (2) vehicles parked.

The Charming Couples Retreat Space + Outdoor attached space. Designated Parking.
The Neighborhood:
The Stonewall property is located in the heart of charming, small town Stonewall. The neighborhood is quiet, family friendly and slow-paced. There is a small elementary school and family-run businesses nearby.
However, the main attraction is the town of Fredericksburg that is approx. 15 drive to downtown.
Getting Around:
Guests will need a car to get around the surrounding attractions, such as trails, wineries, historical landmarks and Fredericksburg.
Parking is free and available.
Other Things to Note:
This is 1 of 4 units on the Stonewall Bungalow Property. You may see other guests during your stay.
If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

Great location for Albert, Luckenbach, state parks, LBJ ranch, Fredericksburg, etc. Well-furnished, comfortable layout and cute outdoors spaces. Plentiful storage and counter space, especially in the bathroom. Looking forward to booking again.

This bungalo was perfect for our girls weekend! The property was spacious and near to many activities. Communication with the host was easy and efficient. I definitely will recommend this host and property to anyone!

Great property with anything you would need to have a great time. Location was perfect as we tend to visit wineries near Stonewall. Cottage #3 was very modern with every amenity thought of. Great communication and easy check in / check out throughout our visit.
