Sheets were not washed before our stay.

great location. outside is very unassuming. plenty of amenities. the space is very large and accommodates a lot of casual lounge space both indoor and outdoor.

The sheets in the master bedroom were clearly not washed before our stay. I pulled back the sheets to see so much human hair in various colors and lengths including what looked like grass, dirt, and dead skin. I know what it looks like when hair is intertwined in fabric even after washing but this looked like people slept there, rubbed their feet, and then just remade the bed.

Loved all the space, comfortable beds, large outdoor area. Location was great, we got to experience fredericksburg plus the local spots around there.

Some minor ant issues that were promptly addressed. Can't complain about an older house 👌🏻 Not really any other complaints!
