The Space:
Step into the heart of Stonewall at our exquisite Main Haus, the crown jewel of our four-unit property.
This spacious haven boasts two fully furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering comfort and convenience for your stay. The master bedroom envelops you in luxury with its plush king bed, ample closet space, and a well-appointed dresser. You'll relish the convenience of an attached bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo, along with extra closet space for added convenience.
The second bedroom invites you to rest in a cozy queen bed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The second bathroom, located in the hallway, features a convenient shower for your relaxation.
Every inch of this retreat exudes a warm and inviting mid-century/modern/farmhouse ambiance, complete with custom wallpaper, rugs, and carefully curated decor that adds personality and charm to every corner.
Our renovated kitchen and dining area offer a fully functional space where you can whip up delightful meals or simply savor a cup of complimentary coffee or tea from us. The spacious living room beckons with a large sectional featuring a queen memory foam pull out sofa, perfect for accommodating additional guests. Sink into the comfy chairs and enjoy your favorite shows on the plasma TV. Please note that the fireplace inside is currently not for use, but you can create your own cozy atmosphere at the fire pit in the front yard, where you can share memorable moments with loved ones while sipping a glass of wine.
Parking is a breeze, with space for two vehicles right in front of the main gate along the street. Further instructions and a warm welcome awaits you upon booking. Embrace the charm and comfort of Stonewall at the Main Haus!
The Neighborhood:
The Stonewall property is located in the heart of charming, small town Stonewall. The neighborhood is quiet, family friendly and slow-paced. There is a small elementary school and family-run businesses nearby. However, the main attraction is the town of Fredericksburg that is approx. 15 drive to downtown.
Getting Around:
Guests will need a car to get around the surrounding attractions, such as trails, wineries, historical landmarks and Fredericksburg. Parking is free and available.

We were in town to visit the WWII museum in Fredericksburg and see the town. Sadly we only had one day this trip. The stay was wonderful and everything was as advertised. Comfortable beds, everything was clean and very nicely taken care of. You can tell it was an older house by the design but the upgrades and work on the home are great. Keeps much of the old home charm while updating allnof the necessities. We were traveling with my in-laws you have never stayed in a short term rental and they loved it and were very impressed. If we ever get back to Fredericksburg we will certainty try booking here first.

Our stay was very nice. The house felt very cozy. The beds were super comfy. It was just 3 of us, wish we had taken groceries to make breakfast.

Darling place! Beds were very comfortable and we felt very safe. Love that there are other units all together so that you can stay with your group. Would definitely recommend!
