This apartment spans two floors, featuring a cozy living area with a pull-out sleeping couch, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen on the first floor. The second floor houses the bedrooms and bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort during your stay. Ideal for both travelers and business purposes, this space is designed to meet all your needs.

The location is great, with dining places and grocery stores within walking distance. When you arrive by plane, there is direct public transport that brings you to Eindhoven Central Station. From there, it is a 7 minute walk to the apartment.

Safe and Secure:
I want my guests to always feel safe and secure. Therefore, we have a doorbell camera installed at the front door of the apartment.

Communication with me:
I maintain a high response rate, meaning that if my assistance is required, or something is missing, do not hesitate to contact me straight away regardless of the time!

When you have booked:
All the info you need to know (address, check-in) you will receive after your reservation. In case there are changes during your travels, do not hesitate to contact me! Here to help!

Guest Access:
-The apartment is entirely yours within a residential building complex. Before your arrival, you’ll be asked to fill out a short check-in form—this is mandatory and helps us prepare for your stay. Once completed, you’ll receive a four-digit code for self check-in.

Additional fees:
- Tourism tax: €4.50 per person per night, to be paid separately.
- Extra guest: €27.50 per night.

House Rules:
-No smoking inside (fine of €250)
-No prostitution allowed. Penalty of €500
-Pets are not allowed, otherwise, we need to charge an additional €150 for cleaning
-There is zero tolerance for parties and additional guests
-Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 11:oo PM
-We have a front door camera for security purposes. Please note that there are no cameras inside

Interaction with Guests:
The apartment is fully yours during your stay, meaning that you can enter and leave whenever you want, since you have your own entrance!
